Went with a 20' as I needed about 19' total length for the items I wanted to store. Turned out to be even less than 19'. Left a review and the manager called me, where I reminded them I knew exactly how much space I needed, hence asking about true sizing before choosing them. Was offered to move to a larger unit, but for a higher price. After some pushback on my end they did eventually move me to a larger one for a lower price than listed but only for a couple months. So, in total that pricing only works out the same provided I move out of the new unit in March. **That said, after agreeing to modified price, manager pressured me to change my 3 star review. I'm amending this review to one star based on my last interaction. I gave notice of vacating the unit, and then was charged more than usual for my last month. I asked why and I'm being told that I'm just now paying for the insurance that I elected to have. Which meant I thought my things were insured the whole time, but they weren't. Desk agent tried to tell me it's because I SAID I didn't want it, despite signing paperwork approving it. Then continually cut me off when trying to clarify his statement that I was not storing things that should have been covered by the insurance.

This happened to be a second auction that combined some of my mother's items along with 2 other people's stuff. Once I all of my mother's jewelry online, I was shocked. I had informed them before , that the jewelry needed to be put aside. I had made arrangements with a friend to bring them to me. Therefore, I had to sign up on the online auction and buy all of her jewelry back and make arrangements for a friend of mine to pick up the jewelry and ship them to me. I believe now that I should have returned back to Ohio and oversee all what was done. Overall a very stressful experience.
