This company holds these assets on consignment and offers them to the public through an auction periodically. The process is very laid back and the staff aren't the most helpful but somehow, everything works out. Supposedly, this is where you would purchase a repossessed Porsche or Mercedes for $1,000. I can inform you that I looked at every car there today and didn't see one. Most cars are Ford rentals but there are a lot of Pick up trucks, Jeeps, what not averaging from 40k to 140k miles. I saw anything from Welding Trucks to Bobcats to regular cars to camper containers. The process works with a public viewing on a Thursday from about 9am to 4pm and then an auction of the larger vehicles on Friday 9am-4pm and then, an auction of the vehicles on Saturday from 9am -4pm or whenever they are all sold. The quality of the vehicles aren't great and the price you get isn't much cheaper than a used car lot. There's a catch when you win an auctioned item in that they will charge you about a 10% commission on whatever you get from the auction and will overcharge you if they register the vehicle for you. The cars are identified with a tag id # referred to as a lot number. All in all, the good items are competitive but if you need a cheap, ugly, emergency car or an old pick up for the occasional haul of a large item, it might be worth your while to check this place out. Take your first exit once you're off the Carquinez Bridge and look for Sonoma Ave and then turn left about 1 mile later at Solano. There's free parking, albeit in a dirt lot. This place is essentially a flea market for vehicles and heavy equipment.

Jazz was wonderful to us on the phone, and you got the feeling that these guys were proud of what they do and they were genuine people, not a shop trying to scam you out of your hard-earned money. They were honest and straightforward in what they did to our car. We have a 2010 Honda CRV and the AC compressor needed to be replaced, which is a very expensive job. We knew it was going to be expensive, but we also wanted someone that we could totally trust so they didn't charge us another $1,000 more. I had a good feeling when we walked into the waiting room. Jazz greeted us right away, as well as the mechanics walking in and out; they all greeted everybody in the room, telling them hello. You just don't get that at normal places. We have never been here, and because of the wonderful reviews, we thought we'd definitely want to give them a shot. We do not regret using them to repair our car. When it all came down to the total $$$, Jazz was able to save us another $300 off the initial cost because he was able to source a slightly less expensive AC compressor for the car. They also follow up with you a week later to see if everything is okay; you get the feeling that this is run by some really good, honest people that don't want to rake you over the coals like some of the other shops. I would highly recommend giving them a call and talking to them if you're hesitant about it. You'll probably have the same experience I did. I would definitely go back to them for any of my car issues in the future.

Although the car is used, it literally smelt brand new inside still. It was immaculate, inside and out; just as if it came fresh off the lot. The car i purchased reflects all their other inventory. They pick and choose their inventory very precisely and don't take in any junk. This is very important since buying used cars can be scary sometimes. They also have something for everyone. Sports cars, family suv's, luxury coupes and sedans. Not just that, but their prices are very competitive and don't try taking advantage of you. They were able to get me financing within 15 minutes, and took my old Jeep as trade after some inspecting to ensure it meets their standards. This family owned business is very humbling and they're all very knowledgeable in the industry. They know specifications on other car makes/models, so I was able to compare other cars with their help. The customer service was great, they offered me water and coffee and made sure i was comfortable during the process. I came 10 minutes before they closed and they stood with me and didn't tell me to come back the next day like most other dealers. In summary, if you're in the market for a new car, this is your one stop shop! Great inventory, great prices, and best of all, great customer service. Thank you for my new baby, Divinci!

She was very thorough in explaining the pricing, the expected time, and exactly what services were completed, along with anything my car might need in the future. She was attentive, present, and made me feel like I was her top priority the entire time. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it definitely made the experience smooth and stress-free. I'll without a doubt will be returning and highly recommend asking for Yaz if you want honest, clear, and professional service.

He said that it was indeed obvious that the oil wasn't changed, and acknowledged this was a "miss" by his mechanic. I appreciated this bc at the time I was contending that the oil hadn't been changed, I felt like the "bad guy" when his mechanic was telling us that he had changed it. So I appreciated the call. In any case, this could have been a real problem for me had I not done my own checking and changed the oil myself, and no doubt I would have just been out-of-luck with no recourse. So even if not attributable to malice in this case, stuff can fall through the cracks and I recommend that you do your own thorough due diligence and not necessarily just take everything that is said at face value. ORIGINAL: Be careful and you should buy here only if you know cars or if you have a good mechanic. I came here only because they happened to have a rare model that I was looking for. The owner represented that they had changed the oil after I expressly asked. I honestly didn't care if they did or not, I just wanted to know so I would know to do it. After a cursory check after some driving, it was obvious from the dipstick that the "mechanic" had not. I went back to the dealership to get them to do it. When I returned, the owner swore up and down that his "mechanic" changed the oil, and that he didn't want to ask him to change it again bc then he'd be "calling his mechanic a liar." I said I couldn't speak to whether the "mechanic" was a liar or not, but see can see from the photo what eventually came out when I changed it. So yea, man, your "mechanic" is indeed, a liar. The owner then offered to reimburse me if I went to go change it at Midas nearby. Not trusting a "quickie oil change" place either I asked instead if the owner would just pay me the cost of the oil and filter and I'd do it myself. So buyer beware. They have a decent selection of interesting cars, but you should assume, regardless of what they tell you, that they did not do any maintenance to the car. Unless you are physically watching them as they do it, and even then I'm not sure I would trust them. You will either have to check everything yourself, or take it to your trusted mechanic. The one thing that is good, is that the salespeople seemed like decent enough people, but definitely are not thorough or take proper care in what they are doing. For 90% of buyers who don't know anything about cars they can probably get away with their behavior. But I'd recommend that you only buy here if if you really know your cars and know exactly what to check.

And on the same day went into an area which wasnt supposed to be touched (as i verified this with all 3 of his employees that there was personal stuff that belonged to myself that had nothing to do with the auction. I had two of my dirtbikes we were rebuilding there. One of which was my sons race bike. I told the guys multiple times that the bikes and bike parts were mine and yet all of my parts that were new in bags and all my specialty tools to fix the bike also with the parts all dissappeared. Unfortunately i wasnt there when they took the first dumpster (one big enough to park a f350 inside of but i did catch the second one as he was leaving and he told me the company who ordered the dumpsters was acting funny. Was adamit that they went and got it right then. And said when he got to the recycler he was told just to go drop the box and not to weigh it. Unfortunately for me they had already recycled the first dumpster by the time i got there. But i was able to catch the second one. After 3 days of digging i was able to find my kick starter and side cover but the rest was gone. So not only did our company loose over 500k in finished product i also lost over 1500 in parts and over 300 in specialty tools. It just made me sick to my stomach. And when i questioned ashman they said it was protocol to go in and throw away all your stock and inventory and take dirty scrap prices for it. 4k for nearly 700k doesnt sound like a fair deal to me. I took pictures of what got thrown away. Mind you the first dumpster which was 3/4 of the way full was already recycled. So these are images of the second dumpster. Sad is all I can Say
