I was very pleased with this service/location! I arrived early & was greeted warmly by a Filipina gal. It was an easy 'check-in process.' (I notice the mileage & report it to them). We paid for the 100,000 extended warranty service * they performed a simple oil change & tire rotation, which was promised in less than an hour. In fact, it took only 35 minutes! My service tech also advised about 60,000 mile service" which would cost nearly $1,000, that is highway robbery (dealer price), so I drop my rating to 4* because of this. A great place to shop for new cars. What impressed me was that the salesperson who sold me my new Tundra gave me his cell number to contact him with any future questions. That actually helped me a lot because a month after the purchase, I got confused by the "new technology" and became stuck with my GPS setting issues. I came to the local Toyota dealership in Concord. They offered to let me leave the brand new truck at the service center for a day or two to check the "problem." I was disappointed and immediately called Will ,the guy from Toyota Vallejo.
