First off, when they answer, if they answer, they don't sound very friendly. More like they're miserable and hate their job. Here's the story of my experience with this GARBAGE dealership..... So there's a particular vehicle that they have marketed on their website and Car Gurus that my son's been eyeing for the past couple of weeks. As of today, it has been on their lot for 61 days. On 5/12/23, I finally made contact with the dealership and spoke with (unknown) salesman to sadly be informed that they have a potential buyer who "supposedly" put a deposit down. I offered to top that deposit, but the salesman wouldn't budge and told me they made a promise to the customer and have to honor it. Like, ok, I get that, but thinking, it should come with a due date, right? He then informed me the buyer would be picking up the vehicle that following Monday, 5/15/23, OR Tuesday, 5/16/23. I was curious to know why was it days out for the buyer to pick up the vehicle, and asked if the buyer was traveling from out of town/state and he confirmed. So I'm thinking, ok, maybe he won't show and informed the salesman I would be calling back on Tuesday to get an update. On Tuesday, I called and spoke with AJ and he told me that he doesn't know what's going on with the vehicle and that the buyer still hasn't come by to pick up the vehicle. He also informed me that the salesman who made the deal with the buyer (Eric) wasn't there, but to call back on Thursday to speak with him. On Thursday, I called and spoke to Eric who "AGAIN"tells me exact same thing AJ told me on Tuesday, that he doesn't know what's going on with the car and that AJ was the salesman who dealt with the buyer. Great! Back to square one again! First it was Eric who was the salesman, now it's AJ! ‍ At this point, I'm thinking, do these idiots know anything and why are they taking me in circles! Just bouncing the responsibility back on each other! So I tell Eric, I'll call back tomorrow since AJ wont be back in the office for the rest of the day and he tells me to call early the next day. So Friday comes along, I call, Eric answers, and tells me that AJ's not in, but will be back shortly. Ok, so I leave my contact number with him and he assured me that he would pass it onto AJ when he returned. That never happened and I tried calling back several times that same day, and wasn't surprised that my calls weren't being answered throughout the whole day. Now, it's Saturday, 5/20/23. I call, still no answer. Guess they got my number down now. Lol. ...So what do I do? I have my brother-in-law (let's call him JP) call the dealership and LOW and BEHOLD, someone answers. JP inquires about the vehicle and was informed that the car is sold, the buyer put a deposit down and will be by on Monday, 5/22/23, to pick up the vehicle. Same crap they told me 8 days ago. End of story.... Today, I take a look at their Yelp reviews, and it ALL makes sense now. First off, they have more negative reviews than they have positive! AND to find out that their a "family business" makes it hard for me to believe that none of them had ANY idea what was going on with the vehicle. Just a bunch of numb nuts playing mind games with potential buyers! You guys are very unprofessional and you really need to UP your sales/social/communication skills! I don't know of any dealership that doesn't answer their phones! It's very simple! If you guys are completely SOLD on SELLING the vehicle to this buyer, than all you have to do is ANSWER/CALL/TEXT back saying it's SOLD, NOT TAKING ANYMORE OFFERS and TAKE IT DOWN FROM YOUR WEBSITE and Car Gurus so people won't bother calling, thinking there's still hope, wasting their time!!! Stay away from this place at all costs. Brought a Chevy Sonic from them that lasted. 1 week without some pretty big problems. All of which they should have known about prior to sale. Here's the list : Water Pump leaking, oil cooler leaking, power steering rack boots wet, front struts leaking, rear struts leaking, body damage right rear in front of wheel rocker panel, oil residue, oil residue at cam sensors, and coolant leak at thermostat assembly. They cleaned up the engine by washing it and giving the appearance of being sound but as you drive the issues become obvious. They offer you a 30 day/1000 mile warranty which they will NOT honor. They told us flat out they will do nothing to fix the car even though it is clear they had to know the issues and were just waiting on people who had no real mechanical knowledge. They stated "oh the warranty is just for say if the engine blows up". Wtf?! Of course I'm looking for legal routes to end this shady company. Thank god my job supplies attorneys for us in our benefits. Stay the hell away from these people. read more

I waited until our plates came to write this review because I read other reviewers who said they had issues getting their plates. They told us around 3 months to get them and they just came today after 3.5 months. I don't know if that's normal or not, but what they told us is what happened and that's all I really care about. Our car purchasing experience was good too. I forget his name, but we were doing a trade in and had to bring our boys with us (both under 3) and he helped me remove the car seats from our old car. I was SO thankful. He was very kind about it. We took our new car to a mechanic to get it looked at and everything looked great. Our car is still running just fine with no issues. We could have gotten more for our trade in at carmax, but all of the cars we were looking at there were more expensive, so it kind of evened out. We could have gotten more selling privately, but didn't want to deal with the hassle so for us taking a minor loss was worth it. Overall we were very pleased and would return here to buy a car again if needed. read more

When we told him about it, both he and the manager avoiding paying for the repair fees for a few months. The finance company told us they tried to get out of paying for repairing a vehicle we bought that was supposed to be in working condition though it clearly was not. The repair shop quoted us over a thousand dollars to fix the issues the truck had which was NEVER disclosed to us before purchasing it. If it was the case we never would've made the deal. The manger only paid $800 and left us with a $200 bill. This is NOT the way to do business selling lemons or selling customers vehicles that can't even make it 40+ miles back and then trying to get out of paying the repair fees is just the worst way to do business. I wish I would have listened to the reviews I read before buying my car at Vallejo motors. At first, I was happy with the transaction made for my new-to-me vehicle. I discussed in great detail with the salesman what the condition of the car was and the agreed-upon warranty. I also requested quick processing of the DMV paperwork so that I could transfer the loan to my credit union for a better interest rate. I was given temporary license plates and assured that the paperwork would be filed with the DMV as soon as possible.I was given temporary plates for my vehicle and assured that paperwork would be filed at the DMV as soon as possible. About a week after buying the vehicle I inquired about necessary repairs to the brakes, struts, and hands free unit. We arranged a time for me to bring my car back to their lot and the repairs would be made. All seemed well. Problems continued when I picked up the car after the repairs and realized the hands-free unit was not operable. They assured me that I just needed to link it to my car and my phone. After researching, I discovered that they had installed the wrong part in my car. When I reached out to them for a replacement, I got the runaround for 3 to 4 weeks. Finally, a salesperson told to me they weren't going to fix it I should stop trying. I bought the part myself, cutting my losses. A couple weeks after buying the car, I had to pay to to have it detailed because of the amount of garbage and gunk I found in the car. My kids even found the rear cup holder filled with exploded ketchup and mustard packets along with the residual garbage from a hamburger meal. It was completely disgusting! Finally, I called the DMV 9 weeks after buying the ca because I hadn't received either plates or registration, and was told new license plates were never requested and that I needed to go to the DMV and pay for them myself. After about 3 weeks of having my sisters car ( Audi A4 ) it went to shit with major problems after trying to call and contact the business with zero response no calls back not answering of any messages that were left We had planned to go down and speak to him (AJ) then my car had broke down ( Audi Q7) with major problems as well I did have my mechanic look at it he stated that they had done some patch work on the bottom of the motor so it would run for awhile he also ran a diagnostic on it 13 different things came up they already knew they sold us both lemons . I drove down to the dealership( not in the car I purchased it didnt run any longer) to get some assistance it had barely been a month first thing Aj stated to me was that we bought it as is nothing about never answering the phone or returning the calls ( they donot take accountability for nothing) I stated it's completely broke down this isnt right he said maybe the owner will do something he said i would here from him after he came back from vacation never called me once and as far as your sisters car she has a warranty ( the warranty is a joke nobody wants to take it ) they did suggest someone they work with they were absolutely rude and stated after having it for 4 days nothing was wrong and had her come pick it up to me this was crazy it was obviously having problem. We took it to another shop, and it has almost 12 thousand dollars worth of damages the warranty will only cover what the Blue book is on it like 8 thousand so in order to do anything she will still have to pay that remaining 7 thousand out of pocket orher wise her credit goes to shit she can finance anything else its just one thing after another contacted lawyers and everything! I had an awesome experience here at Vallejo Motors! I have been looking for a new car for OVER A YEAR and had not found what i was looking for. My husband came across an add for the EXACT car I wanted at Vallejo Motors for a GREAT price. He called to inquire about the car and had all his questions answered by the helpful and friendly AJ. My husband let me know to fill out an application for a loan and that AJ said they would get back to us as soon as it was processed. He did just that! We let him know it would be a 2 hour drive for us to get there so we could make it around 4pm and he said he would be there waiting for us. When we arrived, AJ was helping another customer so another friendly young man showed us the car and went with me while I drove it around the block. One drive and I was SOLD! The car was in excellent condition and exactly what I wanted. When we returned my husband took the car for a quick drive while my son and I waited. AJ came out to greet us and chat while we waited for my husband. When my husband came back we talked for a moment but I knew I wanted the car! I let AJ know and he lead me to his office to start the paperwork. He was super kind and patient with me as it was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I had some questions. He was also super patient with my 3 year old son who was a little restless after being in the car for so long. When I was signing the paperwork, my son wanted to sign too, so AJ got him a pen and paper so he could sign for the car too! So sweet! I purchased a Mercedes from Vallejo Motors on 14 April 2018. I discovered that the driver side rear window did not work and reported same to the dealer on the following day. I have been getting a consistent and determined run around ever since. Half a dozen visits to the dealership, Nine calls and a number of texts to the owner, Abdel Jarada, have gone Completely Ignored. I have Never received a single return phone call from Anyone associated with the business. The salesman (K.J.) claims he cannot contact the owner. I believe that he may actually be the owner himself. K.J. has missed appointments and broken commitments. He has a litany of excuses that would shame a drug addict. He has consistently been combative, evasive and uncooperative every step of the way. To date, I've received not one single call or had one returned on this matter. I Do Not Recommend doing business with this lot. In my experience, they are Disloyal, Dishonorable and Thoroughly Lacking in integrity. Under No Circumstances would I purchase another vehicle or recommend them to Anyone. read more

Bought a car in July and didn't get the tags until November AFTER I called them. The DMV sent the tags to them instead of my house, they didn't even bother calling me and tell me that the tags were there. So I go pick them up and the guy (with the hazel eyes) took forever to find it; he first looked in one giant stack and then proceeded to find it right on top of the next one, why not alphabetize it and call the tag owners?! Ya'll aren't doing anything anyway! I got an amazing car that runs perfect after I went and got it inspected from a mechanic. AJ was also very helpful in the process of me getting my car and looking for a vehicle.
