the financial dept led by Dir of financial services Gail Bourassa is at best incompetent. After 9 attempts over 3 weeks to get her to return a call about a single service charge - I have given up. I spent thousands at this hospital and can't find anyone to speak w/ about a $300 invoice??? Further more, the hospotal, sent the single bill to collections for a charge in dispute. I encourage you to consider another service provider - This hospital has an inept financial services team who is quick to ruin your good name w/ out justification. read more

Had to bring my teenager here after a bad skiing accident. The emergency room personnel were all helpful and kind. They took us in immediately to triage and conducted testing quickly. Doctors at Copley see skiing accidents frequently (three other injured skiers were also being treated while we were there) due to the ski resorts nearby, so they're quite familiar with ski related accidents. The doctor who saw us was knowledgeable and explained things fully. He showed an appreciated, extra level of care towards our son. read more

If there were a zero rating then this place would deserve it! I've had a couple of occasions where I had to have urgent care surgery but I wouldn't trust Copley Hospital for anything. The worst experience was being forgotten in the editing area for 4 hours!!! After fasting for 12. Talk about Hangry! I was about ready to pass out. When I went back to the checkin window they didn't know I was there editing but could skip me in for a 15 minute CT scan so had to go home fast another 12 hours and come back the next morning. No surprise I drive 2+ hours to Dartmouth Hitchcock where you get treated like a person not an ATM!!!! place should be closed down read more

What a great ER experience, if you can ever can call going to the ER great. I had a rapid onset, odd headache and dizziness and wanted to make sure it wasn't a stroke or something serious. Arrived and was instantly checked in, given a barrage of neurological tests then off to get a brain CT. In all I was only there for a little over an hour. It was super clean, very modern and well run. Staff were super nice. read more

I've had tests, medical emergency treatments and surgeries here in the past and always felt like I was treated like a human, not just another number on a chart somewhere. I received the value of care I expected and was treated with kindness. I have pretty good insurance and never felt my medical care depended upon the insurance plan I had. read more

This hospital is extraordinary. Each RN only has 5 patients. They do an amazing job and spend a lot of time visiting and explaining. Dr Peters is a very knowledgeable doctor and very caring. She cares so much about everything that pertains to you. Doesn't stop until she finds the answer. We live in NYC and Miami where we have big fancy Hospitals, but they don't compare with this little miracle place. read more

Medical staff was very nice and understanding. BUT read the fine print. The "behind the scenes" people don't care why or for what you were treated for. Money becomes the priority! Will not work with a family. Sad! Just made a bad situation worse. Be prepared! read more

Had a bad fall on the ice. Went to Copley, staff gave me so much attention. I was in and out in 2 hours. That included tests, scans and X-rays. I waited in emergency rooms before, waited and waited until I met with a doctor, this experience was the best. read more

This hospital is terrible to college students. I went there after almost passing out from a severe panic attack and vomiting. They told me it was inappropriate to go there and get a free ambulance ride and a free meal.( by the way these things are not free) Then was discharged with nothing but a not for the class I missed. I later ended up going home three hours away and went to a hospital in my home town. They found out I had a stomach bug and my medicine was giving me a bad reaction, and that I was very dehydrated. This hospital did nothing to help me and left me dehydrated and throwing to the point where I could not eat anything. This is the second time they have been terrible to me. If it wasn't the only hospital close to where I am, I would never go again. read more

Great ER staff and doctors. While this is not where you plan on spending your vacation, we had a mishap and ended up in the ER for several hours. The staff was polite, helpful, and informative. The doctor was on top of treatment, explained the care options, and spent time with us to understand what was happening and what the plan was. read more

Terrible service, apathetic staff and incompetent doctors that neither spend the appropriate time with patients, nor do they care too. Nursing staff in particular is terrible. Avoid when able. read more

Was referred here after my son sprained his ankle at Smuggs. The staff was friendly and caring.

I have never been to a better hospital! The nurses and doctors were so kind and gentle with me and they knew how to comfort me through a hard time. We were traveling from out of town and they treated us like we were family. Lots of hand holding and impeccable bedside manner. They were so great that it made us want to move to Vermont! From the time the ER nurse brought me back to the time I came out of surgery in recovery, I was treated with so much respect and care. Words can't express our gratitude. read more

The second knee replacement for my wife here in a year. Mansfield Orthopedics, Dr. Huber and staff, terrific. Care the next two days was wonderful at the hospital. Nursing staff fantastic, along with occupational and physical therapy. Meals and staff also excellent. Couldn't ask for a greater experience. read more

Wonderful, wonderful birthing center whose nursing staff is kind and generous and very knowledgeable. The midwives are amazing and will go to great lengths to ensure your birthing goals are achieved. I wouldn't go anywhere else for prenatal, postpartum, and general women's health needs. read more

my friend broke his leg and we picked him up 6 hours later and it was still broken. good looking nurses and pretty decent docs.
