Dr. Deore has been very kind with my family's care. She is compassionate and discusses treatment options thoroughly.

I was a patient for over 4 years, and I was satisfied with the basic scheduled cleanings. It was when I had to have any procedure above, where it was evident the staff and Dr. Deore have very limited potential. My first unpleasant experience was when I had a cap done on a molar. During the procedure the nerve was not "deadened" enough! I screamed in pain and was very upset! I was given another shot in the area, but it was a horrible experience! (Let me put my pain threshold in perspective, I motocrossed for over 23 years and broke the following (collar-bone, left-wrist navicular, L5-Lumbar vertebrae). That pain was an 11 out of 10! My last experience was choosing to opt to do a composite veneer on my top-left-front tooth which was chipped (I chose this option because it was not covered by my insurance). To be fair, I was really happy right after the procedure of the whole process and result. However, within 2 weeks, while eating a "chicken wing", the veneer broke off, and I was able to save the broken veneer. She did replace the veneer, but not before requiring me to spend an additional un-insured night-time mouth guards. This requires taking molds using a template of the upper jaw and bottom jaw. The templates used during my visit had a "very hard" outer edge. I have "Mandibular Tori" and when the assistant was setting it, the pain was incredible. When I left, I was bleeding from the cut of the mold edge. I paid out-of-pocket for the procedure and molds of over 300 dollars! Dr.Deore and staff scheduled a procedure to replace the veneer at no cost. Within 3 months, the veneer started showing a yellow line where the tooth meets the chipped edge of the veneer! I do not smoke! I drink green tea everday and brush 3-times a day. I do not know where the doctor purchases her products, but I will state this, with conviction, avoid "Coppell Smiles" outside of scheduled cleanings. read more

Went to coppell smiles for my Invisalign treats and am very happy with my results! I was said for 17 trays and am done at 17 trays. Oma helped me with over 90% of my visits and was always very friendly and informative. I was very weary doing Invisalign simply cause of the process but needed with great results. I should give them zero Star. They are about charging you for the services you don't need. They were supposed to clean my teeth, but they did not. and they charge me $278 for other services I did not need. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I could give them 0 star if there is an option for it.. first of all, it may look clean when you get in to the office, but when they do the X ray and other check ups, their equipments are very very dirty and I just don't see they are using proper ways to clean them.. also, they sale their mouth wash and other services a lot! Very pushy and makes me feel not comfortable.. probably they used lots of fake good ratings here, So pls be very careful to go guys! Also, the lady at the front desk brings her babies to work and the baby crying and yelling non stop and that makes the whole experience even worse,, very unprofessional environment.. read more

I have been so impressed with the quality of the services! I have been a patient since 2008. I have had some pretty intensive work done...an implant and 4 crowns over the years and now 5 veneers. We also did Invisalign to line up my front bottom teeth in preparation for the veneers and one tooth was almost sideways along with whitening. My teeth are back aligned to what they looked like in high school! The whitening is returning my years of coffee, tea, and cola drink evidence to high school white! Dr. D always gives options for resolving all my dental issues. Her staff is wonderful too! I have moved away from the area but it's well worth my time to travel to her office! read more

Pls be prepared when you step into their office because they may put on their fake smile on their faces but they will added lots of services you didn't ask and ask you to sign that much bigger bill the very first thing. On 9/15/2020 I went to Coppell smiles for a cleaning appointment and the hygenist fractured/broke my tooth. After hearing the tooth break and bringing it to her attention I was told it was just food between my teeth. I went back 3 weeks later with complaints of sore gums around the fractured tooth & I was told that I would need a root canal on the broken tooth. I received antibiotics 3 days before Dr. Diore started a root canal on the broken tooth on 10-17-2020 which was still very infected. Dr. Diore bragged about completing the root canal in 2 hours time. However, five weeks later after many sleepless nights, missed time from work and continued pain I sought a second opinion from my previous Dentist and I was referred to an endodontist for an emergency root canal on the same tooth. Dr. Diore's office did not take responsibility for my tooth being broke during my cleaning. The x-rays taken during my cleaning did not show a broken tooth. On top of receiving poor care, Coppell Smiles billed me $417.80 co pay when my insurance paid 100% for the root canal. After requesting my money back I was sent a letter advising I would receive my money once I signed the letter agreeing to not sue the practice or talk about my experience with anyone. I wish I could say the emergency root canal was the end of this problem but after many rounds of antibiotics and continued issues I was finally told by another Dentist that the tooth was fractured below the gum line and would need to be extracted. Like my husband, I really don't like the dentist... Something with the sound of the drill in my head that makes me sick to my stomach. Dr D and her team have been fantastic. From accommodating my nausea with my first pregnancy to making sure I'm comfy and relaxed always. The team at Coppell Smiles is just great! They joke with me about my husband being a chicken to come in and get his wisdom teeth pulled. They know that I am nervous as well and do everything they can to make me comfy, including nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help me stay relaxed... They were great about answering my questions about sedation and any possible side effects to a baby. Love the team here! read more

Had a root canal done here 4 years ago, at the age of 18. I had an abscess, so she was "cautious." However, instead of a typical 3 session root canal; I had to go through about 13 agonizing sessions. Each one paying the Dentist close to a hundred dollars for the "laughing gas" using my Care Credit care. This is on top of the initial $995.00 procedure I recently had to redo the bad dental work by a new and amazing dentist. After a failed retry at a root canal, I had an emergency extraction and bone graft done. If I could go back in time, I would have gone to ANY other dentist. Her bad dental work and failed crown caused a new abscess which made its way into my sinus glands. Not fun. The only silver living of my awful experience is applying and receiving credit for Care Credit, which I currently use. read more

We moved to DFW 5 years ago because of job transfer. We are blessed to have found Coppell Smiles. The staff and Dr. D are the best. The kids love her style. We love that we have one dentist to meet all our needs. The Saturday and evening appointments are a hit with this busy family. The hygienist makes you comfortable during the cleaning process. You Get to choose your Movie to keep you distracted if needed. Dr D always explains everything she is doing. Never any surprises. Makes recommendations to work on for next visit. I have recommended this place to all my co workers. It's such a convenient location for me since I work about 1 minute from this area. I normally come during my lunch for my cleaning twice a year. How could I even have an excuse to not make an appointment with my dentist when I am only 1 minute away! They have been very popular, and adding more clients since I started coming to them, so my wait has been a bit lengthy compared to before. I can't be mad at them for it though, because I am sure as other doctor/dentist offices there maybe be a higher wait time. I love that they allow you to watch netflix on TV and the hygienist may even watch with you and you both laugh together, to ease you of the drilling she's about to do on your teeth! Eek. I am actually not scared of the dentist, but when they do the polish at the end, it just is a weird uncomfortable feeling so watching the office during this time really does help. So if you are scared of the dentist this option is really perfect for you. Also their seats are super comfortable, and have a slight massage going on, wow love that. Lastly, I am doing invasilgn thru them. Not going to review on invasilgn itself, but Dr Deore is so informative and friendly on this process and I love that. I came in for a consultation to get a second opinion, at first, the receptionist and staff were helpful and nice. Started seeing them more and their tones changed, would have me waiting for close to 35 minutes after I checked in, would see other patients that had arrived after me first and so on. Major issue with them is payments, they don't and won't take payment plans at all! billing staff was like Dr.D gave you a run down, charges are due up-front etc. I'm like if she did would we be speaking?? even when I spoke to the receptionist Tristan and she said they did. She changed her story about them accepting it, smh..unseen and unheard of foolishness. was done with them and cleared them from my records. There's a lot of mis-communication between her and the staff, they had me waiting for close to an hour and a half to see who I confirmed my arrangements with for the payment plan. When I showed the billing staff the form from Tristan, they changed their attitudes real quick. Go to Monarch now, they accept payment plans. The billing staff also took a full payment from my brother's account without his knowledge or consent, really thought I'd seen and heard it all. read more

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Deore (or Dr. D as she's more commonly called) for several years now. Overall, she and her staff have helped us tremendously with our dental health. Prior to Dr. D, we'd had our share of unpleasant dentists and visits. Dr. D and her staff take the unpleasantness out of dentist visits, and try to ensure patient comfort. They follow-up diligently before and after appointments to ensure "customer satisfaction". Dr. D takes the time to discuss her findings and treatment options, including the cost, so that as a patient we're able to make an informed decision. I have been going to Dr. D for over 7 years now. Dr. D is the best dentist I have gone too. She is friendly, caring and comforting and always gives me options about my care. She gives me a wait and see approach and only does work if it's necessary. Dr. D strives to do her best. If it does not turn out right, she fixes it. I use to be afraid of the dentist and never would go unless I absolutely had to. Well I had one of those situations a few years back (actually both my husband and myself did) and we both went to see Dr. D and her staff. First off we were amazed with how comfortable the office felt and how nice the entire staff was. Dr. D was able to ease our fears and keep us calm throughout our appointments and by time we left we were sold. This was our new dentist. Since then we go twice for yearly cleanings and have also have had some emergency broken tooth and a few root canal situations done however they were always taken care of quickly and healed beautifully. I have had my share of bad dental experiences in my lifetime. When I was 8, I was hurt really bad during what should have been a routine filling and was terrified of dentists from then on. In my twenties, I had a botched extraction and passed out on my way to the parking lot. I once had a dentist call his assistant in and then proceed to laugh and make jokes about my crooked teeth. I had a great dentist in Bedford that moved to Ft Worth several years ago. So, my wife and I found Dr Deore at Coppell Smiles and have been going to her for our cleanings and check-ups ever since. I purchased Invisalign trays through her and am very pleased with the results. I recently had to have two of my old fillings replaced and had major anxiety flash-backs due to my childhood ordeal. My fears were unfounded. Dr. Deore is an artist at making you feel comfortable. She told me upfront what she was going to do and advised me to raise my hand if I felt ANY discomfort. She removed and replaced both fillings in less than 40 minutes. I felt no pain and didn't even realize she had finished the first filling until she told me so. She is a tremendously gifted dentist but also, a kind and wonderful person. Horrible services. I went there for fillings and I was treated by a substitute doctor not Dr Prachi. They messed up my tooth fillings and now right side of my mouth is sensitive to the point I cant drink or chew from that side. I work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm so only day I could go visit this doctor was on Saturday. I have gone there twice and Dr. Prachi is unable to figure out what's wrong with my tooth. Today they invited me for a follow up at 5 pm on Saturday April 1st and guess what, their clinic is closed. Heights of rudeness. If you want to get good confident treatment don't go to this place. Even though they didn't charge me upfront but for each visit they kept charging my insurance and its all a total mess. read more
