The company owner we will call him Jack Monkey, I called and explained my concern Jack Monkey said they put down ice barrier and roof tar around the chimney and then he said is it leaking I said no but it can be a problem without flashing, he basically just laughed. Well Jack Monkey every roof contactor said it is a standard to put down the ice barrier and then chimney flashing, all the contractor's said no flashing will cause major issues down the road. Most of these reviews I would say are paid reviews. Stay away from this company.

The sheet metal is rusting and flapping in the wind. Not to mention it leaks horribly. The flashing around my chimney is installed wrong and leaks water into my ceiling and front room. It has been over a year of constant hounding him but he only states he is really busy and will get to it. Sorry, but no one is that busy and if you don't take care of your customers you soon won't have any new ones. During the initial job he would show up (randomly) for an hour or so then claim he needed to go to Spokane to get parts. Every time? No wonder it months to install my residential roof when it should have been a couple of weeks at most. Terrible company. Shoddy work and absolutely no follow up or warranty. Did I mention he is the only employee/worker? So don't expect a "crew" to be doing your project.

Within a couple of months, the driveway cracked, not just a crack, cracked everywhere, large cracks with pieces chipping out, and cracks jumped pads, it's a mess. Tried to contact Michael, but he ignored me till I mentioned court. Then, he finally answered me and said too bad, concrete cracks. No matter how many times I asked him to address the sidewalk pad, he just doesn't respond. Now, I've got a couple companies doing evaluations of the work and will be filing a claim in court. Run from this company as fast as you can!!!
