I have terrible anxiety going to the dentist. The lady and gentlemen at the desk made small talk which helped with my anxiety a lot. This place really made me feel comfortable. My dental hygienist explained in detail what she was doing every step of the way which helped the anxiety. And my doctor made me feel relaxed and basically gave me a rundown of what was needed to be done to get my teeth the way I want them. I'm very happy with this place and how clean they are. I noticed anything that was touched was cleaned immediately after use which just made me feel even better. I really love the people there. I was very pleased with my experience today I was able to have my teeth cleaned by Regina and was expecting the worst because it is been two years since my last cleaning. Instead it was pain free and I was even more happy with my bill. They took X-rays and discovered I had no cavities but my bite along with some preventive maintenance wasn't half as bad as I assumed it was. I can't say enough about how great this office is, from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. I showed up for my cleaning and it turns out I didn't have an appointment. Julie seemed a little perplexed when I called to check in, but didn't say a word. When she brought my paperwork out, she explained that the appointment was supposed to be for my son, but when he showed up for his ortho appointment earlier in the day, they'd had a cleaning cancelation, so they went ahead and took care of him then. For some reason, my son thought the later appointment was for me. The hygienist (Regina), thinking she had a break had gone to work out, but when Julie called, she came right back to clean my teeth. My son and I came in for the first time for our annual check ups after our insurance changed. The hygienists we wonderful and caring and took their time. Less than a week later I had to come back in for 2 small fillings. I am a very nervous nelly when it comes to the dentist but everyone was so kind and worried about my anxiety. I have been going to Copper Cannon Dental for four years and they still provide the same quality service with the same friendliness and appreciation they provided from the beginning. They are continually upgrading their equipment to provide the newest technology. Dr. Lepetich takes a personal interest and Regina, his extremely thorough hygienist does also. Now married and owning a house in Arizona I had to find a dentist in Gilbert and went through many reviews and what worked with my insurance. My wife landed on this place and we both ended up giving it a shot. The front desk staff were very nice and the waiting room was very neat with many amenities. The office is clean and elegant. The staff is nice, friendly, and knowledgable. You feel at ease immediately! I have had a consultation, a deep cleaning, and a filling and experienced minimal discomfort. The whole office really tried hard to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
