Come to Copper fire for brunch! I bet you had no clue they did offer that. Most know it for dinner and live music.( unless you're local you wouldn't know) They have many events throughout the year. They are also doing mimosas flights for a seasonal treat. ( we did not partake today) maybe sometime soon! My friend had their avocado toast which looked amazing. ( I personally do not eat avocado) her boyfriend had the breakfast pizza which is personal pan size. I on the other hand went big or go home. I had the breakfast poutine. Which did not disappoint! Their homemade sausage gravy was to die for!! It's loaded with potatoes and fried cheese curds. I added eg for $2 additional. Talk about food coma! We just drank coffee and water. I've been to copper fire plenty of times but what really made me love this place more was having my baby shower there! They have another level upstairs and it was beyond my expectations. The people working the party were superb and on top of everything! From walking around bussing the dirty plates and the bartenders serving the fabulous drinks!! We went here on kind of whim...hadn't been on a date in a while with my boyfriend so I found Copper Fire online. The first draw was live music on a Wednesday...Awesome! Second draw was the wine and wing special. Which we ended up having. They were big wings with good meat and the flavor of the rubs were really good. Wine was good and we also had several speciality drinks which were really good as well! They also have specials on other days as well...I will be trying them out in the future. Our server was "Heels" and he was fantastic...he was attentive and engaging and funny. He understood our humor and bantered with us and I really enjoyed that! I came here with my family of four around lunchtime, after doing some shopping in Downtown Belleville. We were seated promptly and left with menus. The service was spotty at times with ordering, drink refills, and requesting the check. However, only one server was waiting on multiple tables in our section at once. Our food took nearly 40+ minutes to arrive at our table, only three entrees total! The Chicken and Turkey panini with fries was better than expected. My father did not enjoy the Prime Rib sandwich, noting the meat was overcooked and dry. There was live music coming on as we were leaving, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall the food was good and I would go back. Went on a Friday around 5:30. Parking - no parking lot and had to find a spot on the street. We were a party of 5 seated right away inside. There are places outside the front to sit. It did get busy so we recommend getting there 5:30 or before if you have a large party. When we first sat down, it wasn't as loud but as the dinner went on, it started to get very busy and loud music and a band was setting up for later. We started off with beers/wine. App of the lobster ragoon. Everyone enjoyed the Appetizer. Loved the house salad with egg in it. Pork steak- Awesome Alfredo- Awesome Meatloaf - Awesome Tenderloin- would probably not get that again. Very tough and chewy. Dessert - got the strawberry Gooey Butter Cake - Yummy! My only complaint is the service is a little slower. If you're in a rush do not eat here. They charged $17 for our 3 year old and $17 for our 5 year old who barely ate anything. I can go to a high end restaurant at these prices in STL. Recently there was a Yelp review placed " against" Copper Fire because after 5, count them 5 visits, none of the visits were pleasant. I must say there is something to be desired in this person's judgement. These are hometown people, not a conglomerate, who actually care and put forth a great effort with huge success at being friendly, fun, family orientated with great service in a timely fashion. It's not your typical bar scene as set by the people who visit and the mindset of the owners. This place is a good place to be... a good place to eat at, a good place to enjoy being at. This particular Yelper that probably cannot be happy with anything in life, can just Yelp Off. Next time try to contact management and work it out. Don't go back. Stay Away. No I don't work there. I visit Copper Fire somewhat often, and I've had a pretty consistent experience every time. When they have live music playing on their indoor stage, the music is always unbearably loud and unpleasant inside the restaurant. I prefer to eat outside on their patio when the weather is warm. The service can be a little slow when they are crowded, but I've never had any major issues with it. I really love their grilled chicken pesto panini, which is served on a warm, flaky croissant. Have gone here twice; once on a Saturday and once after work in the evening. Both times we were greeted with music-first time a live duo with little talent and yesterday was a DJ jamming 80s tunes. Servers are very nice and friendly. Yesterday everyone was dressed in Halloween costumes. Ours was a shark LOL They have a huge selection of alcoholic slushies. Give me a slushy and add booze-a winning combo every time. Happy hour is only Wed-Friday I believe and the options include typical fare. The chicken wings were really good and cooked to my liking of crispy. Hubby got a full sized Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing. The server was able to give the kitchen a hard time since they forgot to provide his dressing. Copper fire offers a cash discount of 3% over credit/debit card payments. I never carry much cash to take advantage of that. Parking is on the street and in the rear parking lot. read more

We went to Copper Fire today for some music, cold drinks, and some bar food. So holiday! Cute! We were here a year ago, and it was average- at best. This time it was much better. Bartenders were attentive, we ordered a few tap and bottled beers. All were cold. A one man band played country tunes from 2-5 and he did a fine job. Not too loud and new music. Good vibes. I ordered the chicken panini and fries and my husband ordered wings with dry rub and barbecue on the side. Our food came back hot and delicious. The food was good. The fries were hot, skinny and crispy. I love skins on my fries and that's how I got them. The panini was crispy on the outside but soft in the inside. The wings were crispy on the outside and juicy inside. It was a nice improvement from the menu last time we ate here. I gotta say, give this place a second look if it's been a minute since you came to Copper Fire. They are trying new ways to bring people in (ie Ugly Sweater Raffle. Slushee bar) so stop on in. Met my cousins here for a happy hour/dinner. The Lobster Rangoon was just ok but my husband said he enjoyed the French dip. No one really raved about their meals. The blackberry mixed drink was good, my skrewball was good (can't really mess that up). Service was good, though I didn't catch the bartender or server's name. It was a cool atmosphere til the talent started. He was great, really, but we were there to talk and catch up and couldn't hear ourselves think over the music, even though we were near the back of the place. I guess my recommendation would be to go here for drinks (and make sure there's no live music if you are trying to talk to one another). But it's a cute spot and seems pretty chill when there's no live music Alright so we went back because we really did enjoy the vibe there. Just the hubs and I. I got the chicken, turkey, bacon panini on crossaint. VERY good! My husband got the poor bo, said it was great! Only downside this time is we paid and wondered how it was so much. FYI the menu price is not what the price actually is!!! There are these little signs on the table stating that due to inflation, the prices have gone up. I guess due to inflation, they can't afford to update their menus....the bartender waiting on us was very nice about it but I think that's something that should be reminded of BEFORE you order. Terrible place. Food is all frozen and fried. Drinks are overpriced and mediocre. Live music was the only thing decent about this place. I also don't care for the business practices. This company likes to cause drama and issues on Facebook, touting they got ripped off or someone placed an order and then left, etc. There are super simple ways to fix some of these issues. But the owners get online and act like they're high and mighty when their food and drinks both suck. I suppose any attention is worth it to them. Who know. No complaints about food quality. Service was inattentive and we waited for everything: greet, drinks, appetizers, silverware. Kitchen was also slower than expected although the food was timed right and all was hot. It's expensive. For the food above and 3 sodas it was 127 + 25 tip. I recently had the opportunity to visit Copper Fire in Belleville for the first time and it did not disappoint. It was a cool restaurant space, clean, spacious and inviting. I visited during Burger week and I am glad they participated in the RFT event or I may have never had the opportunity to try this restaurant! I sat at the bar and had the burger of the week with fries, but I also had THE BEST alcoholic slushie that was suggested by the server, Purple Rain. Delish! I will be back to visit this establishment especially since I live on the Illinois side. Great food, great service and great environment--the restaurant trifecta is right on the money! read more

The interior was nice a modern, and has a cool theme with copper piping all around the bar. The server was friendly and helpful. The problem is the food and the wait times. The food was marginal at best. My pizza tasted like Jacks frozen pizza, and my chicken strips were horrible. We sat and waited for 10 minutes before the drink orders were delivered. We did order 3 mimosas so I understand that it's takes a little longer to prepare, but there were no other bar patrons so it's not like they were busy.
