Our room was cozy and the themes robbers roost and Canterbury tales added to the character of the house. Create your own bagel or English muffin sandwich, pancakes, French toast, varied Benedicts, shrimp & grits, burger and a few other options. We opted for the bagel sandwiches, chicken & waffles, and my granddaughter had pancakes. Our food arrived a short time later, fresh and nice presented. It's always a plus, for me, when a restaurant offers, non-pork meat options. In this case, I had chicken sausage, yum! The create your own bagel option, includes your choice of meat, cheese, egg preparation accompanied by lettuce, onion and garlic mayo, along with a side ofcexpertly prepared potatoes. My daughter and I ordered the same sandwich, and we were equally pleased eith what received, perfectly toasted bagel, fried egg, chicken sausage and cheddar cheese, (she had pepper jack). The potatoes were nicely seasoned and generously portioned. My husband and other daughter had the chicken and waffles 4 palm sized waffles, which I think were liege, crispy, on the outside, a little dense on the inside (in just the right way). The waffles were topped with a large, hand breaded chicken breast filet. They each enjoyed their meal my granddaughter's pancakes, came 3 to an order, she ate 1, and we all nibbled on the remaining pancakes. They were very tasty, not your average pancake for sure. We enjoyed our food, very much, but the best part was the service. The hostess was very welcoming, but our server, Cierra, was EXCELLENT. The issue that happened was on the hayride... in the middle of the hayride, THE STEP PIECE FELL OF MID RIDE! My family and i, alerted the driver but he couldn't hear us and then he finally heard us! We finished off the ride. We were the last ride for the day due to that incident. Ps. If you want to go to a good hayride, don't go to this cheap one!

We went in at the turn to get drinks and said something about a person and I was snapped at by a woman behind the desk not the bar and I was told they would not be out until 3:00 for the leagues. Now I can see that if you had water on the course maybe not to have a cart person but when it is so hot not to have someone out is nuts and if I was to bring outside drinks on the course I'm sure they would be all over me for that. The idea of being snapped at like how do I dare ask her a question was totally unprofessional and as we waited for our drinks and hotdog I saw her packing up and leaving. There are too many golf courses in the area for me to ever go back or even set up an outing here in the future. I have help set up outings here and that will stop for sure now.
