I found a truck online and wandered into the office unannounced the following day. I was greeted by Cliff and handed over to Ed, both of these guys are exceptional to deal with. Ed dropped what he was doing to show me the truck I was interested in and we got right down to business. I've purchased over half a dozen vehicles from dealerships both large and small, this transaction was by far the easiest and least stressful. I told him what I wanted to put down and he got to work finding me a lender to meet all of my preferred financing numbers, payments, down, APR, term length etc. The truck they had found had everything I wanted and then some, extras I would have added at my own expense later but will not need to now. Even made my neighbors jealous! That's a win, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the market for their next vehicle. I will return for my next unit that's for sure. Thanks for everything guys!

Cliff helped us snag this badboiiii and felt comfortable doing it!

Cliff was super knowledgeable and help ease our fears when buying from out of state. He walked us through carfax, provided histories and options to help us in the future for plans in regards to service and more. I felt super comfortable and was pleasantly surprised once we got there in person. I'm glad we got recommended to this company!

Small trailer in tow... f350 diesel was struggling within days of me buying the truck!

Purchased a $20,000 truck from Ed after seeing a craigslist ad listed as private party. He had me show up at his office Copper State Motorsports. Right off I was a little bit hesitant since I felt it was misleading, but I liked Ed and the truck looked good. Plus I drove for almost an hour to get there so I felt a little bit committed. In addition, during the sale Ed promised to fix A 2 1/2 foot long scratch on the bed. He said he "had a guy that could do it." And that it would look so good that I wouldn't even notice it was there. Well I showed up to get the truck and he had personally filled in the scratch with the touch up paint that and it dripped down and made the scratch look even worse! He promised me he would have his guy fix it so like a moron I paid him the total amount and drove the truck home thinking since he was a dealer he would take care of it. Three months later he has not held up that promise. After buying the truck, my very first trip using the truck to tow a very small trailer up to Payson it threw an error code and went into a limp mode shutting the truck down to protect the motor. I called Ed and he said that this is pretty normal and not a big deal to "overspill. The turbo." For me it was a big deal since I just bought the truck! Since then it's happened three other times and I pretty much stopped driving the truck. I called Ed to let him know I wanted him to take care of the truck but he says his used vehicles are sold as is. They will not stand behind the vehicles they sell. I took the truck to a Ford Certified Diesel Mechanic and he believed the turbo is bad and was original. Ed told me it had a newer turbo! The mechanic also told me that the rotors of the truck were severely warped. I've maybe put 400 miles on the truck since I've bought it! There's plenty of vehicles for sale out there from private party and from Dealer's. This is not a dealer I would recommend!

Also thank you my friend Pablo, who also bought a truck at bg for letting me know about this company.

That being said this is by far the worst car buy experience I've ever had for about 37 different reason, they have dropped the ball more times than I can count and I've had to do a lot of follow up work to just get basic stuff done. They sold me a mechanically broken truck lots of worn suspension parts as well as a TQ converter that went out 1000 miles later, they messed up my paperwork at least 4 times and then made promises they couldn't keep more than once. Oh and to top it off they never filled my registration to the MVD so 6 weeks later I still have no plates and is no longer street legal because it expires tomorrow 10/28/25. I wouldn't recommend this place for a car purchase if it was the last place to buy in the PHX metro area. Please check their FB reviews before buying here! I'd give this place a negative 5 if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Edit.... As of 11/7 I spoke with the owner because he wanted yo try a reconcile the situation, in the process he called me a perfectionist my expectations were to high for a 27k used truck and I was the problem and the outlier out of all of his customers. It was very insulting a rude and a huge waste of time due to him not responding after I sent him the final invoice of the repair bill to get the truck I owed for 1000 miles back on the road. 2nd edit... as of 11/20 he told me I never brought an of these issues up to him and his team and that It was my problem to solve. If you buy a vehicle be prepared to be screwed over the entire time.

Before going to the dealership, I spoke with a representative over the phone who described himself as a "bankruptcy specialist." I was specifically told that he works with lenders, including Honda Financial, and that he could help get someone in an active bankruptcy approved for financing. Based on that conversation, my wife and I made the trip to Bell Honda on Sunday with the expectation that we were working with someone who understood our situation and could potentially help us. Unfortunately, we spent approximately three hours at the dealership waiting while the representative was assisting other customers and we were assigned to a rep named "J", who just joined the team. Hourse go by and we ultimately had to leave. Before leaving, we asked the representative, who had been assisting us because the original representative was unavailable, to contact us once they had identified a lender that could work with our situation. Hours passed that day, and we never received a call. I called the dealership the following day for an update and was then told that, unfortunately, there were no lenders available who could approve me. Had I been given that information upfront, I would not have spent three hours at the dealership or made the drive there in the first place. There are other Honda dealerships much closer to my home that I could have contacted. For context, I am currently in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I have an existing Honda Prologue lease and am looking to turn in that vehicle and move into a new financed Honda. My bankruptcy attorney has already advised me that this type of purchase can potentially be approved by my Chapter 13 trustee. I simply need to obtain a purchase contract and monthly payment information so the appropriate paperwork can be submitted to the trustee. I completely understand that a dealership cannot guarantee financing approval, especially when someone is in an active bankruptcy. My frustration is with the way the situation was represented to me over the phone. If I had simply been told, "We work with people in bankruptcy, but we cannot guarantee that we have a lender who will approve you," I would have had a much more realistic expectation. Instead, I was given the impression that this representative specialized in bankruptcy financing and had access to lenders such as Honda Financial that could potentially get me approved. That ultimately resulted in a significant amount of my time being wasted. I am sharing this review specifically for other consumers who may be in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy and are trying to replace or finance a vehicle. If you are in a similar situation, especially if you are currently leasing a Honda and are looking to transition into a financed vehicle, I would recommend contacting other Honda dealerships first and clearly asking whether they have lenders who actually work with active Chapter 13 customers before making the trip. Again, I understand that financing is never guaranteed. My issue is not that I was ultimately declined; my issue is that I feel the expectations set during my initial phone conversation did not match what the dealership was ultimately able to provide. Hopefully, this review helps another consumer avoid making the same trip and losing several hours of their day unnecessarily. Out of respect, I will not share the name of this "Bankruptcy Specialist" and if consumers bypass this review, you can get this same experience by this rep.

We recently…read morepurchased a used truck and, after bringing it home, discovered a few things that needed to be addressed. What impressed us most was how this dealership handled everything. They didn't make excuses, cut corners, or do the bare minimum. Brian, the owner, and Frank, the mechanic, were both awesome and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was repaired properly and that we were completely satisfied. They were honest, responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Even after the sale, they continued to follow through and make sure everything was handled correctly. Frank even called us the day after we picked up the truck just to make sure everything was good and that we were happy with it. That kind of personal follow-up and customer service is hard to find! The repairs were done right--not just the quickest or cheapest way possible. They took the time to address everything thoroughly and make sure the truck was in the condition it should have been. You don't always find that kind of integrity and commitment when buying a used vehicle. We truly appreciate everything Brian, Frank, and the entire dealership did for us. We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. If you want a dealership that stands behind what they sell, doesn't cut corners, and genuinely cares about its customers, this is the place to go! Thank you again for going the extra mile and taking such great care of us. We couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled!

I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done... twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed. I then go to pick up my car after 10 days.. and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There's broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself. As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. At no point did anyone clearly disclose that sales tax was NOT included. Only after the sale, when we went to register the vehicle in Nevada, were we hit with a large, unexpected tax bill that we had to pay out of pocket. This is not a small oversight -- it's a major lack of transparency and, frankly, feels deceptive. If a dealership is quoting an "out-the-door" price, it is their responsibility to make sure that number is accurate and complete. Failing to disclose something as significant as sales tax is unacceptable. This experience has completely destroyed any trust we had in this dealership.
