They called the office to see if this was something they could repair in house and they told them they couldn't see him for a few weeks and that He needed an appointment in order to determine whether they could repair it or would need to send it out. Weeks??? They asked if they could bring it by and could he take a peek real quick to see if it was fixable so they could pursue other options. No. They refused to even try and help. They just didn't care. My sister was really upset but thanked them. They found another dentist who actually took the dentures to the lab himself and had them fixed within a few days. They now go to this office. My sister got a call from the old office trying to schedule a cleaning and she said they had gone elsewhere. She asked why. My sister asked if she wanted the truth. Yes she did. So she told the story and the person who called her got defensive and nasty. They STILL didn't care. So glad they went elsewhere.

This office was superb! A year ago on Tuesday (March 25th, 2024), I was in their office for a…read moreconsultation. However, at the time, I could not afford the procedure as it was out of network for me. I contacted my insurance company and since no surgeons in-network were within 100 miles of me, they billed it as in-network, so I could finance the rest. I had surgery on Tuesday (March 25th, 2025) to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed (late bloomer - I'm 26). All 4 teeth were impacted with 2 pushing against my sinuses, and my bottom two growing along my nerve. My bottom left wisdom tooth actually grew to the point that the root wrapped around my nerve. I was very scared to have this procedure done, as I've never had surgery or been put to sleep before. However, literally every single staff member made me feel safe and comforted, and tried settling my nerves as best they could. They were phenomenal. When Dr. Bouchoucha entered the room, he had a calming presence about him. I trust his expertise, and his bedside manner was impeccable. I felt much calmer after he spoke with me and helped ease my worries. I don't even remember going to sleep, but when I woke up, I was happy and barely noticed I had even just had a complex surgery. Dr. Bouchoucha was at my bedside and very gently coaxing me out of sleep, which felt nice to be brought back so calmly and gently. My healing has been going well, and Dr. Bouchoucha even called me the same night as my surgery, after hours, to check on me. When I called back today to ask some questions, he was quickly available and very helpful with his advice and guidance. Overall, this office is incredible. I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else, and I'm really thankful everything worked out so I could go here. They gave me everything I needed for my post-op recovery, and even a few unexpected, but very appreciated extras! Everyone was thoughtful and considerate and was sure to make me feel safe, and answer all my questions! They all even wrote in a little card for me that I found after my surgery! Such sweet and genuine people. I highly recommend going to this office - especially for a complicated wisdom tooth surgery like mine! They put me well at ease and did an excellent job with my operation!
