    Red Pepper Special Pizza

Ok so first, you walk in and it smells like a wonderful pizzeria! It's in a cute gas station, and has only 6 booths, but on a Sunday night it's not busy, they do a lot of delivery and less eat in. We got the red pepper special, and it was delicious, great toppings, cheese was top notch, great sausage, fresh mushroom, and yummy roasted red peppers. The crust, thin, chewy, and bubbly because it was cooked properly. Sauce was great, but I wanted more. Definitely a great pizza joint!

Thin crust, spicy pepperoni, sweet red bell pepper, onion, sausage , perfectly chewy cheese, make for a delicious za. The people are nice, the converted gas station a great repurpose, and a cool place to sit and eat some food.

Food- alright. Nothing amazing nor bad. Pizza 14" large- soft dough, slightly a little saucy. Fresh ingredients. $18.99. 8 slices, feeds 2-4 people dependent on your appetite. Mozzarella sticks- good, overly priced. Beer on tap available. Service- nice Ambiance- Very cute, refurbished old gas station/auto shop. Great, convenient location with cool vibes to hang out with friends with beer and pizza :) largest outdoor table can seat 8 people comfortably. Indoor- 6 people tables. We sat outside and my kids had a hay day with all the Rollie pollie under the rocks. Plenty of parking next to building. Value- fair Recommend- yes.

Stopped by Red Pepper Pizzeria because of recommendations from some locals when I was in the area. The staff here are all appear to be very young, but they can make a damn good pizza! I ordered the Super Deluxe and it tasted fresh, made with less salt and not greasy at all. I also tried one of their Fettuccine pastas but they overdid it on the cheese, so no thumbs up on that one. Next time I'm in Carnation I'll have to come back and grab some of that Hawaiian!

Super rad pizza parlor out in Carnation!! definitely worth the trip. We were only looking for a light snack so we opted for some sodas and mozzarella sticks. Let me just say that based on how perfect the mozzarella sticks are...one can easily assume that their pizza is just as amazing. Definitely will be coming back to this spot again.

Best Fresh Pasta…read more This review is based on the products-- we've been going to the farmer's market and always find ourselves visiting the La Pasta stand every time. The ladies at the stand are always very friendly and helpful in their suggestions (such as which type of sauce to pair with the pasta, or the flavor of the pasta or ravioli filling). Thus far, we've gotten the egg bucatini, the red pepper bucatini, the seasonal gnocchi, and the dreamy garlic spread. Generally, I'm not a big fan of fresh pasta, because many times, I feel it gets too mushy (or perhaps it is the quality of the pasta). La Pasta fresh pasta has never been mushy; it has that imperative al dente bite-- a clear sign of good quality pasta. The gnocchi is flavorful and pairs well with the dreamy garlic spread. Looking forward to trying the pumpkin ravioli later in the week. The price is comparable to the fresh pasta you would find at a specialty store, like Whole Foods, Metropolitan Market, or PCC Markets-- however, La Pasta's quality is far superior. La Pasta products are worth the price. We look forward to trying any new products, as well as upcoming seasonals. We also hope that they may have a brick and mortar store in the future on the Eastside for the farmer's market offseason.

You can also park in the larger Totem Lake shopping area near Trader Joe's and the surrounding shops, where there is typically plenty of parking available. Unless you're visiting on a busy weekend, finding a spot usually is not much of an issue. I've actually been to their Redmond location before, so I already had a good idea of what to expect. The ordering process is very customizable, allowing you to choose your noodles, sauce, toppings, and other add ons. It's a great option if you're a picky eater or simply want to try something different and create a meal that fits your preferences. I always order the pesto pasta because their pesto sauce is absolutely delicious. The ingredients taste fresh, and the portions are satisfying without feeling too heavy. There is local honey, wine, meats, tamales, cheese, fresh pasta they make themselves, pantry items and canned goods like St. Jude's tuna. Plus Sweet Alchemy ice cream! I grabbed a jar of pickled asparagus and had to resist buying some really tempting dip they make in-house. As I was checking out, the staff person mentioned that the Tall Grass baked goods in the case were free because they were two days old and would be replaced the next morning by a fresh batch. So nice! I brought home a savory spinach breakfast item with me, which my partner greatly appreciated. Hint: Make sure you have cash on hand for a tip! They can't include tips on card purchases.

This is a bargain at $10 for a clamshell of yummy goodness. Also for purchase is her famous lasagna in the cooler packed in ready to warm up servings and also her homemade sauce. The staff we interacted with was super nice and described the pasta options available. We also noticed Michela's two books she wrote on display at the counter. I like the one with common sayings and their Italian meanings. Interesting subject. We cooked the pasta at home with some vodka/rosa sauce and it was delectable. I'm giving this grocery store/restaurant 5 stars because it merits more than just a 4-star 'Good'…read morerating. If Yelp allowed it I'd give it a 4.5. Our son's been wanting to take us here for a long time and chose this, our first visit, as his wedding anniversary gift to us, his very dear and suffocatingly loving parents. The first thing that struck us were the variety of Italian foods and ingredients for sale in the grocery part of the restaurant. I bought the Garlic Scape Pesto because I've never had that type of pesto sauce so, why not? The staff at the front counter, who also doubled as hosts and wait staff, were very friendly. We arrived early for our reservation and only had a short wait before being seated at our table. We sat in the larger, outdoor section that was inside a tent. Our table offered great views of the outside and of the restaurant interior. I'm not sure why but when our son called in our reservation we had to pre-order our dishes and he had to pay for it then. The benefit of this was that after we were seated our orders came to our table within 10 minutes. We ordered the Vr11 Caesar Salad (which came with lemon-infused croutons!), two wood-fired pizzas and the Eggplant Parmigiana. The Caesar Salad appeared modest but when eating it, the lemon-infused croutons gave it a wow factor. My pizza was the Pizza Calabrese with two types of spicy Calabrian sausage, a Tropea Onion Jam, scarmozza (smoked mozzarella cheese, roast red peppers and grana padano. I didn't really get the smokiness in the cheese nor did the sausage chunks on pizza taste that spicy. But the clear star of the show was that Tropea Onion Jam which WAS spicy because I think 'NDuja sausage was mixed in with it. THERE was the heat I was looking for within a huge burst of flavor. That jam alone made the pizza. Our son loved his Pizza Carbonara ("It was amazing!") with the large dollops of stracciatella cheese with cured egg yolk, and curled guanchiale (pork jowl). This was our first tasting of guanchiale (our son graciously let me sample his pizza) and it was good. It was more like sliced pancetta and it was good. He loved his pizza but I tell ya, mine with that onion jam had already won me over. How much did my wife enjoy her Eggplant Parmigiana (which she also let me sample)? My wife usually doesn't finish her restaurant entrees. She finished this one. Nice marinara sauce flavors mixed with grated Grana Padano cheese and tender sliced grilled eggplant. I didn't pick up any grilled flavor from the eggplant but the dish was delicious. This was our son's second visit and we'd like to return for his third and our second. Both the grocery and restaurant are definite winners.

We ordered the margherita pizza, the funghi e tartufo, the hot lovers pasta with shrimp (level 3 spice), the spinach ravioli. Everything was delicious. My personal favorite was the mushroom pizza and the hot lovers pasta. The pasta definitely had a kick to it for level 3. The shrimp could have been replaced with alternative meat option because it didn't absorb the sauce like I would have liked it to. The ravioli was done well. The margherita was very tasty. They gave bread with the pasta but it was just super bland and there was no olive oil or butter with it. Overall, decent place to come and get a quick, filling meal.
