Have you ever wondered how a small business can compete with global enterprises? This is how..... I needed business cards printed by today for a tradeshow I am going to next week in Tennessee (I fly out Sunday). I ordered cards with enough time at FedEx office and when I picked them up yesterday (Thursday PM) the quality was so horrible I would have been embarrassed to give those out to any potential customers. Here I was Friday morning with not too many options for same-day printing on business cards. I called around and most places said they needed two or more days to print decent quality business cards. I called Copy Bank and spoke with Yoojin. Despite them being busy with several orders, they found a way to squeeze me in and managed to print out some very nice business cards within a matter of a few hours. They did charge a little bit extra for expediting that but I am very happy that I have nice cards for the conference. I really feel like this business cared about me as a person versus FedEx who would just see me as another number and recite to me the policies of how long it takes to fulfill an order and how there is a paper shortage. Pro tip: Go to Kinkos or any other big chain printing establishments and get pricing on the stuff you need THEN come here and be surprised on how much $ you will save. Even though they are cheaper, the quality you get is definitely not. I am a print professional and I have come here multiple times to have them print business cards, flyers, sign boards, etc and it is about the same (or better) than everybody else. They have pretty good and updated equipment in the back and for a "mom & pop" shop, they are not fooling around. Besides that, the owners are really nice people! read more

On my way to Kinkos I see this huge sign that says 6 cent copies. It was so cleverly placed - on the side of a building overlooking the Kinko's back parking lot - that I had to give it a shot. And I'm glad I did. The place is small, but nice and clean. They have computers to use for printing / browsing (25 cents per minute I think) and also had what seemed to be a really nice setup for printing large format and color. The owner was very friendly and obviously a hard worker (opened the shop when they're usually closed on Sundays). I just needed two copies this time, and would much rather support a local business than to deal with Kinko's complicated payment process and less than average customer service. If you're looking for a full service printshop than I'd say check them out as they seem to have the setup / staff to do a better job than the chains. But if you're like me and you just need to make a couple of quick copies and pay with some change off of your ashtray, come here. No membership cards needed. read more

My experience here was just alright. I was in a rush and I had to do a pretty big print job for work. I was on my way to Kinkos when I saw this place from the corner of my eye. I decided to give it a shot since Kinkos was a little further. I had to print stuff out and make over 1,000 copies of some things. As I entered, the person up front was helping out someone so I waited for a little bit. He noticed that I was waiting, so he encouraged one of his other workers to help me out. I let her know that I needed to print something out and photocopy that document that I printed out. She directed me over to the computer and let me do my thing. It was nice and easy. I had a question to ask the lady who was helping me but she scurried away as soon as she directed me to the little workstation. Luckily, I was able to figure it out myself. The thing that I didn't like about this place is that they don't have a mechanism to keep track of how many copies or print outs you make. It's on the honor system. I made a mistake in the calculation of how many copies I made and they ended up having to do 2 transactions to make sure that I was charged correctly. It was good that they were flexible about that, but it just sucks to have to count how many print outs and copies you made - especially if it's like over one thousand copies. Sometimes people just don't have time to think about that stuff. Overall I would rate this place a 2.5. Would I come back here again? Probably not if I'm in a hurry and I have a big print job where I have to make a ton of copies of something. It's just better to get in and out of there without having to count all of those pages of paper. read more

Wow, really surprised at some of the recent reviews. I've had nothing but good experiences here. They're friendly, quick and inexpensive. I've had them print everything from business cards and NCR duplicate receipts to simple double sided copies on pastels. They were less expensive than Office Depot even with a 20% off coupon at OD. I came in and needed about 102 pages copied four times and in notebook bindered, and he got on copying my job immediately. Within 10 minutes I was already here with four sets, at eight cents a page and 399 for the binding. Way better than Staples, where I would've had to probably do it myself paid more to do it. Staples nearby told me that it wouldn't be ready until 5 o'clock if I left it with them, and I went in at 10 o'clock! That is ridiculous! I went to Copy Bank the day before my son's High School Parade Graduation. I ordered a banner and 4 Fat Heads. Yoojin helped me with the design and setup. She was very patient and detailed to get my order to look good. I picked up my stuff the next day at 10am. The products looked AWESOME. Printing banners, posters, business cards, brochures, books, etc is a regular task for my work. I used a printer in LA for the last three years, but they were getting too comfortable with our business. In my search for a new vendor, I came across Copy Bank. So far they've done a spectacular job. There were very few minor mistakes with couple of our poster prints, but they were quick to remedy the situation with a great attitude.
