Don't know that there is much to say. I needed a banner in a pinch and Banners 4 Less came through. I sent in my graphic and he did his crop thing and it was ready to pick up in 2 days. Could have been the next day. But it was quick. I procrastinated, thus the need for a speedy turn around. The price was on target with what I'd be getting online, but I'm able to support a local business and the local economy. That's a plus in my book. Most importantly the banner was beautiful. Today (12/08/2011) Banners & Signs 4 Less installed new lettering on the lightbox sign for our business in Torrance. Of course, I called them in the first place because of the reviews on Yelp. Taylor, the young lady that answered my call, was sweet and very efficient as she evaluated our needs. She quickly went over our options and emailed a proposal to us. Amazingly, she looked us up on-line (may have been Yelp or Google) and used the street view photo of our building to make a modification to her quote. I thought that was pretty cool and resourceful of her. We set an appointment for one of their installers to come to our location with their lift-truck to look over our sign and make some measurements. There was a bit of a stumble there when the appointed time came and went without a visit from anyone. After giving them a few hours to arrive, I called their office. Taylor wasn't in. A bit of miscommunication ensued wherein the person I talked to indicated they didn't know about our appointment but that they might be able to "squeeze you in". I was a bit disconcerted for a moment, buy things do happen and I understand that. Ultimately, the young man arrived, made some measurements and took some pictures of our sign as it was. Taylor quickly emailed me a mock-up of two different lettering options as they would appear on our sign (it was nice to see how it would look on our actual sign on our building). After making our selection, the letters were cut back at the shop and the young man (sorry, I forgot his name) came back out, scraped off our old lettering, and installed the new. It looks great. Overall, I was very pleased with their service, and in particular with Taylor's friendly and helpful demeanor. Also, in my conversation with Taylor, it came up that this is a family business started by the father. The second generation is now running the business and I think they are doing a great job. There's just something nice about doing business with a family operation. read more

I have done business with them over the last several years....I have given this place several attempts to do several "new jobs" too. I will agree with Amanda H...The person that answers the phone must be hurting their business since taking on new clients or keeping prior ones is not a priority. I have dealt with him in the past, so i know he's hit or miss, but this has gone too far! If you call, and he says he will call you back but doesn't repeat your phone number nor make an actual appointment time, then you're really screwed so be proactive, since they really don't care about you! The owner should place the man on the phone on 100% commission and maybe he might learn how much money he's not making...then he may learn a better way of keeping track of his leads, appointments, and prior clients. I knew the prior owner and gave them years of my business, and now, sorry to say the other competitors have worked better for me since they return my calls and follow up and keep appointments. Good luck and don't know how much longer they plan on staying in business. Be careful giving them any money to do a job since they may not be there tomorrow because it is clearly their poor business style... read more

I loved that she walked me through the whole process as it was my first time getting a sign made. Since the sign was put up, our business has been busier Mon-Wed. I am very sad to write this review. I am very disappointed in the lack of follow up from this company. I have called many times and I am told I will call you back in 10 minutes or an hour and days and weeks go by with no contact. I call back to get an update and no progress is made. I just wanted a couple of signs printed and to have an installation person come out to my location and so far they have been unable to complete or even follow up on my requests. read more

I came here last minute looking for a custom banner to be made for my fiance's graduation party. The party was only 2 weeks away and I had no vision and no idea of what I wanted. I met with Taylor and Dan and they were awesome!!! Since I had no idea of what I wanted, I basically told them to just go ahead and send me a mock up of anything. A few days later, Taylor sent me a proof to review. All I can say is WOW...WOW...WOW!!!! They did an AMAZING job! Terrible. All I wanted was a Preprinted "Now Open" sign. The website says it's cost $35+tax and I should call to order. I called the first week they said they were out and they'd have some next week. I called the following Monday and they were still out and said they would have them by Wednesday. I called today and they still didn't have any. They even had the nerve to offer to make me a "now open" sign for $65. No thanks. read more
