This review has been updated. They had a simple job to do: make a brass plaque for my deceased dog's urn. The surface of the plaque was to be brown with brass lettering. I made a special trip to their store to pick up the plaque, eager to finally add the memorial plaque to the urn. Imagine my disappointment and frustration when I was handed the plaque and discovered that it wasn't brass but steel. I showed the plaque I wanted to staff when I placed the order so they could see how I wanted the plaque to look. I wasted time and gas driving to the store to pick up the plaque that now has to be redone, which means I have to make another trip to the store. And now I have to wait several days before I can pick up the plaque and finally add it to my dog's urn. I won't be doing further business with Copy Cats if I can't rely on them to do a simple job right the first time. I have updated this review and improved the rating to reflect their willingness to make things right. The redo of the plaque looked really nice, and they chose not to charge me for the plate. It shows that they value good customer service. I would have given them four stars except for the fact I had to wait five days before making another trip to the store to pick up the plaque, which held up completing my dog's urn. The manager, however, was very apologetic about the mistake and said he'd use it as a staff training situation. Because they chose to make the effort to satisfy this upset customer, I am willing to try them again. read more

I'm very disappointed with this place. They have gone down hill in the last year. I don't know what happened, but ever since the tall guy left, I don't remember his name, the quality of work has gone down hill, as has the customer service. Losing him was the biggest mistake they've made. If they hire him back they will get my business again. Until then I'm taking my business elsewhere! read more

Was a great help in saving the day! Had original print job done in Portland. Last minute it was found w 4 errors. Guy in my own town said he could fix it in time... but left me without. Don't know what the service is like but the website, Yelp, and phone recording all say they are open until 6pm. We just drove 15 miles to find out they close at 5pm. read more

We have been sent away twice in one week because they cannot figure out how to work their fedex system. We've even asked to wait until they figure it out because we prefer using fedex. They're not friendly or considerate. read more

The man that owns the store was not willing to accept the fact that there were many pages of a fax that did not go through that had been paid for. He would not listen when told that his employees were wonderful in trying to help get the faxes through while his fax machine keep saying jammed, low on toner, and kept stopping. Today it still said low toner and kept dropping the fax. There was NOTHING wrong with the papers that were attempted to be faxed. He asked for the confirmation notice and I presented it. His employee witnessed that only 6 pages of 22 went through prior to stopping. This happened several times. I was told that it all went through today. I was also told by him that it went to another of this companies fax machines. The funny thing is that it is a one person office. They were sitting and awaiting this important fax. I have been a customer who had been coming for the last two weeks constantly giving my business to him. He just plain did NOT CARE and had me leaving in tears. This is not ACCEPTABLE treatment of a customer and I CANNOT recommend this store. read more

Very rude staff. The conversation was very one sided and they where not Interested in my issue with the package. I had a FedEx parcel that I wanted to return to sender(RTS). Staff would not help me. Said I needed to have a shipping label original labels are not enough. Could not send parcel return to sender without a shipping label from company. I have mainly used UPS and the UPS store in McMinville and never had any issues when having to send a wrong package back to original sender.
