Employees act like they don't know anything. I hardly ever see any shoppers in there, so I am unsure how they're staying in business. Girl at the copy department was very kind and helped me run the machine for important documents. Thank you! Expensive products. I do like that they take the used ink cartridges back and put them on your account as credit. Thank you for that! read more

Amazon now requires some returns at Staples because the local UPS couldn't handle the volume. This store is clean and easy to navigate, and except for one person the employees are polite and efficient. Not sure why the bad reviews but I like having this resource in town. Removed one star because much of the office supplies are labeled with the Staples name (few options) but prices are competitive. read more

This happened a few months back. I needed a ream of printer paper, so into Staples I went. Slow, half-trained employee at the register insisted that I had to enter my zip code and give up my phone and email to them because 'his screen said I had to'. This, so I could PAY CASH. I refused to sacrifice my privacy for the sake of Staples data-gathering. After 15 minutes of wrangling about it as the line of disgruntled customers became longer and longer, I was allowed to plunk my money down, make my purchase and leave. Won't need to leave that store again, because I'm not going back after such a ridiculously idiotic shopping experience. Oh, and that paper costs half as much at Walmart. Just saying. read more

We purchased a HP Smart Tank 7300 printer about a month ago as ours finally died. It does not work. We have had two technicians in (at our expense) and wasted a month's time. Staples of course would not take it back. After hours on line and in person with HP help desk they decided to replace it. We are now waiting for the shipping label to return it. They will then send us a new one. Complete disaster. read more

Management doesn't have any clue about there price matching.. or knows how to take the correct steps to do it.. so now I don't get my legit awesome deal that corporate said should of been honored but now it was unavaible after talking to them.. I'm literally pissed off at staples and don't recommend anyone going there because of there lack of knowledge of their policy. Awful. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Broke my phone then they never actually fixed it and I ended up having to get a brand new phone and they refused to refund me my money even though they never fixed my phone like I payed for. Horrible customer service. read more

Hands down the best Staples store I have ever been to. The managers are great, Rebecca and the Copy & Print associates are incredible. I have been a weekly customer in there for two years and they will continue to get all of my printing business. If you have any questions, need help or cannot even find a solution to your problem, go see them. They will help you figure it all out! read more

Last September we purchased a case of Staples paper and when we rang up it rang up at a higher price than listed. When we commented on that the cashier said you had to have a rewards card to get the rebate (there was no mention of that on the sign or by the cashier). We asked if the rebate expired because if it did we were going to purchase a different brand. They said no, the rebate didn't expire. Well I just went in and the rebate definitely expired. So I lost $38. Why is it that if I were to steal $10 of merchandise from Staples, I would probably get jail time and/or a huge fine. However, if Staples steals $38 of my money they simply act like it didn't happen. I'm very disappointed in their conduct. P.S. If Staples would like to contact me and fix this issue I will remove this posting. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience here today using their copy & print shop. I was needing to print roughly 60 baby shower invitations today. I had the file saved to a Microsoft word document to fit two 5x7 photos per page. When I called earlier, before going in, to estimate pricing they quoted my entire color print job on card stock to be roughly $35.00. I went in later to bring in the file and make the order and I had to wait in line for a fairly long time. There was only one poor girl working the whole copy shop and she was having to run around like crazy to fulfill all our orders. She completed my order and told me she would call me in an hour when it was finished, and again, told me that the price she be about $35.00. I waited 4 hours and never received a call this afternoon. Finally I went in and they were completed, looked good- just as I expected they would look. When I go to pay the bill, it was for $71!!! They not only misquoted me, but the price DOUBLED! When I complained the the sales rep (someone different then before), all he could say was sorry. I feel like with SUCH a large fluctuation of price, they should have honored the quote I was given from before... This price is unbelievably high for what I ordered and should I have known, I would have taken my business elsewhere. read more
