They had parking which was my first green flag, and when I walked in, there was no line! I took it to Wolfie who deftly disassembled the entire machine, discovered that I had the wrong keyboard, then built up a replacement with pieces from the old and new keyboards. Steve thought the new motherboard would take a week to order/arrive but it was here in 4 days & he came over the day he got it and got my PC back up and running! His labor was $180 (2 hours/2 trips to my house) & the motherboard was $100. That was a small price to pay for him to be able to save all the work, photos, music, movies I had on my hard drive! He was a few minutes late, which wasn't a big deal at all, especially since he called and let us know he was running late. He set up my employer's new computer for her, and helped transfer all the old files and he installed all the programs we would need. He was also incredibly helpful the day after the install, when we were having trouble finding some programs. He had us log in to his online IT help account, and took care of our problems remotely.
