It is very quick very easy. The only thing that is a problem is the parking at this location. It is close to a Blink gym, which a lot of the patrons of that business seem to take up the parking spaces. If that is an issue for you don't come to this location.

Service was terrible and the person I spoke to seemed completely confused with who I was and what I was trying to order(twice!). I only needed flyers. It didn't seem like a difficult request. He even had my previous orders on file, so he knew what I would typically order. But ultimately, the price was not affordable and the turnaround time was really long. Add the bad service and I'm out. Didn't give me a lot of confidence in their ability to complete my order properly. Sad we'll have to find a new printer.

You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

There are two regular employees: an Asian man and an Asian woman. They're so fast and efficient that I've barely had a chance to chat with them. Today, I returned a pair of boots. I was assuming it was through Happy Returns, so I just put them in a random box without sealing it. It wasn't. But, the Asian woman kindly told me she'd seal the box for me and take care of the rest even though I offered to do it myself, which I should've done anyway.
