He even had my previous orders on file, so he knew what I would typically order. But ultimately, the price was not affordable and the turnaround time was really long. Add the bad service and I'm out. Didn't give me a lot of confidence in their ability to complete my order properly. Sad we'll have to find a new printer.

You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews.
