We used this location for years!! But the previous owner retired and it is now run by someone else. When we tried getting flyers done recently, the price was almost 3x the cost! Service was terrible and the person I spoke to seemed completely confused with who I was and what I was trying to order(twice!). I only needed flyers. It didn't seem like a difficult request. He even had my previous orders on file, so he knew what I would typically order. But ultimately, the price was not affordable and the turnaround time was really long. Add the bad service and I'm out. Didn't give me a lot of confidence in their ability to complete my order properly. Sad we'll have to find a new printer. read more

They really need a way to rate a business a half a star. I'm so disappointed in how this business went downhill. I used to come in here all the time and get quite a lot of projects done. They had a guy in the back where the work happens, Liam, he always came out front to help. He is the actual printer guy or whatever, the one who knows how it really goes when you print your stuff. I have now noticed the business is under new ownership, which might explain how they never could get my flyer right any more. They were no help at all with my requests and seemed clueless... and Leum is gone. I don't know why you woud buy a business and then get rid of the most valuable part. They gave me some kind of run around answer to why he was no longer there but they clearly got rid of an excellent worker and because of that I will no longer be bringing my business here. I kinda want to find where Liam works now. I bet they are doing ok. But this place is basically no longer a real printing shop as it stands. I wish I had bothered to give them a review when they were good, they might still be. read more

I've been meaning to write a review for these guys for years. Over the last 4 years we've worked with Jerry and Peter and they have both been great. We have done mostly brochures, flyers and other promotional materials with them which they always produce without error and, depending on the job, within 5 days. They help when I don't get graphics and always give a very reasonable price. At times I get other quotes just to ensure that the prices are still on par and they always come out with the lowest. As a nonprofit, this helps us A LOT. Highly suggest coming here if you want a job well done for a good price. read more

Called ahead and asked for a quote on business cards. Their rate was good so I hopped in the car and headed over with a graphic file ready to go. They owner, I'm guessing he's the owner 'Jerry' acted like I was trying to sell him something. Totally disinterested in the job he quoted and really unprofessional. In short, he just didn't give a sh*t. I should have known by his attitude on the phone. I thought I'd use a local business for once. My mistake. I'll order them online and be done with it. read more

I came in and the old man in the back corner didn't even get out of his desk. He yelled at the other worker to help me even though they were working on something else. Then, the whole time they were helping me, he kept yelling at them while I was standing right there. This made me really uncomfortable because it was so unprofessional. I don't support businesses that treat their employees so poorly and I recommend that you should not either. read more
