Horrible service and no apology, no remorse, no offer to print my photo free. I sent two different emails with a picture for Breast Cancer Awareness week that my daughter needed to put on a poster to celebrate survivors. They never responded and when I called in there was no remorse, no apology... nothing. They even acknowledged that they were too busy to respond, but checked email every day and did receive both requests. UPS will have my business from now on. They don't know the meaning of customer service. read more

[PART 2 OF 2] From my end, nothing more happened with respect to this experience between 9/2/14 and 5/12/15, when I received the following message from Copy Post through Yelp: "You need to get your facts straight before you go defaming a companies character. I think there will be a lawsuit following if you don't take these remarks down ASAP!" That was the message I received in its entirety. I responded as follows to Copy Post: "What I wrote is the truth, which would make a defamation lawsuit frivolous and brought for an improper purpose. If your company had done the right thing originally, I wouldn't have felt I needed to warn other consumers about my family's experience. If you reimburse my mother both for what your company charged her and for what she had to pay to service the sewing machine after it was improperly packed and shipped, then I would be happy to add that resolution to my review. I hope you will consider trying actually to resolve the problem rather than sending a threatening message when you know very well that what I have posted is accurate. Thank you." On 5/13/15, Copy Post sent me another message through Yelp (again, included here in its entirety): "If what you said was the truth my company would not be listed on UPS's website as an authorized ship center! Call 1(800)742-5877 an ask whom ever answers is Copy Post an Authorized ship center. You might want to take that false statement down after you have really checked your facts! As far as the sewing machine, all I did was fill your mothers box with peanuts. UPS pulled her box for inspection and they poured some peanuts out to check the item inside and had the box taped back up and put on the truck to drop it off to you once they saw it was no damage. It had already traveled from here to your UPS Dispatch station. So it didn't need all of the peanuts I put in it to get to you once they checked it. The box was so badly dented that's why they checked it. In spite of it all the sewing machine was just fine. So, whatever we did got the machine there in one piece. Your mom wanted us to pay for getting peanuts out of the sewing machine case when UPS opened the case to check the sewing machine. You know as well as I that once you clip those clips on the sewing machine peanuts could not open them. So, someone had to open the case for the peanuts to get in. Hence, UPS!!!" I have exchanged no further communications with Copy Post. On 5/14/15, Yelp removed my original review, which, based on this course of events, appears to have been at Copy Post's request in order to stop others from seeing what happened to my family. I continue to stand by everything I have said in my reviews. UPS did tell me by phone on 7/22/14 that Copy Post was not an Authorized Shipping Outlet; the UPS representative tried looking up Copy Post by its name and its location, and nothing came up in its database. Another UPS representative reiterated by phone on 9/2/14 that Copy Post was not an Authorized Shipping Outlet at that time either. If things have changed since then, I cannot account for them. I only can say what was true at the time I investigated its status and tried to pursue a damage claim through UPS. As for the nature of the "professional packing" services and the damage to the shipping box, Copy Post's 5/13/15 message to me (above) speaks for itself. Copy Post did nothing more than pour packing peanuts into a box in order to protect a 22-pound sewing machine; it admits there was no other padding or protection. Moreover, Copy Post's denial of responsibility for the peanuts' having gotten into the machine is nonsensical, as there are no clips on the sewing machine (and certainly none that would have protected it from having packing peanuts get inside); Copy Post packed the machine with packing peanuts and no other shipping materials, so it is responsible for the fact that packing peanuts got inside the machine. I urge others to consider whether the attitude of simply getting a machine to its destination "in one piece," without regard to damage to its internal components or the hassle and expense to the property owners of having to get the machine serviced once it arrives in a "badly dented" box, is the attitude they want in a packer and shipper they would hire. I have spent so much time on these Yelp reviews because I want to protect other consumers from what happened to my family, and I find Copy Post's actions, both in the original packing and shipping processes and in the subsequent threats and attempts to keep other consumers from knowing the truth, objectionable and offensive. First of all, let me begin by saying that the employees are extremely friendly. However their service doesn't even deserve 1 star. I took a package that I had packed up and printed out a Fedex label for Express shipping. They have always told me to have the package there before 3. I arrived at 2:09 and the guy asked if I was just dropping off. I said yes but I need a receipt. He came over and I asked did I make it in time and he proceeded to tell me the driver had just left. No apologies just that my Express package that I just paid $224 for would not be picked up til the following day. The day it needed to be there and I paid $66 extra for. Fortunately another customer reminded me that Fedex was now in Walmart nearby so I took it there and it actually arrived an hour and 20 minutes early. The bad part is this isn't the first time they have not provided good service. Last year I took an Express package there and the Fedex driver was at the door loading packages (about 12 minutes til 3pm) so I asked if this package will go out today and they assured me yes. The next morning, the person to whom the package was going to in North Carolina said he received a call from the Fedex at WALGREENS to come pick up his package. IN MARYLAND. Needless to say, I had to pick it up myself because I was afraid it would go missing and took it to UPS. I realize that this is an independently run business but if you are going to offer Fedex service, at least adhere to their guidelines for packages and look at packages to see what service has been paid for. I even asked and was told yes it would go out as I was there prior to 3 and the driver was at the front door loading. How did it end up at Walgreens 1/4 mile away the next day. I also went in there looking for some boxes and was directed to a huge stack against the wall and offered no assistance whatsoever. I used Copy Post because it was the only Fedex drop off but now that Walmart has one, I will never set foot in there again. read more

Do NOT trust these clowns to package ANYTHING for you. I returned 2 college textbooks to Amazon and entrusted them with the packaging. They completely botched the job - the package was delivered with only one book inside. Now I'M going to have to pay for a textbook that THEY lost. MORONS!!! read more

Is there a '0' star? We had a $2,000 item sent which I was told by copypost they had to pack to insure the item. Item went in packed and received broken. We tried to file on the insurance and was told Sean (copypost) did not submit the insurance paperwork so we weren't covered. Sean says he won't pay - fedEx says they won't pay. Beware of this company - not reputable..........He apparently made a mistake but won't man up and admit he screwed up and owes us the insurance money. read more

I have never had such poor and downright dishonest experience with a shipper. Copy Post packaged and mailed my laptop computer to a repair facility for repairs under warranty. The computer arrive with severe damage, including a broken screen. The shipping box had no external damage and so UPS did not accept liability. It was clear from the photos sent to me from the repair facility that the computer had been dropped on its corner onto a cement floor, unpackaged. CopyPost would not admit liability and simply shrugged off the whole incident and would not take any action. In other words "too bad." They instead insisted it must have happened in transit. The repair facility fixed the computer free of charge out of sympathy for the entire mess. My suspicion is that one of Copy Post's employees dropped the computer, and, given its high cost, simply sent it out hoping the carrier would take the blame and cover it with insurance. read more
