The owner reached out to me via email and gave his perspective, including points that he did not charge me for special set-up (which I was not aware he was doing and would have paid for) and that he rushed the job upon my request. My recollection is that I asked for a time estimate and he cautioned he couldn't promise but would try. Since there was no firm commitment, I made alternate plans accordingly. He also said he would have arranged to have it available had I made arrangements. That sounds like a nice service and had I known their listed hours were incorrect, I would have availed myself to it. Sometimes, there will be a standoff in perception, the business owner feeling he has offered appropriate service and the customer feeling dissatisfied. You can't win them all. I won't change my rating but Yelp reviewers will see the preponderance of the ratings are in this company's favor. And also to be fair, here is an excerpt from his email that show he is making an effort: "Although, I absolutely sympathize with your situation and agree that some of our signage was misleading, I can't help but feel that maligning our company on Yelp! when we went out of our way to rush something for you and do additional file set-up (which you were not charged for) was a bit unfair and excessive. That being said, is there anything I can do to change your opinion of our company and remove this post?" Can't recommend these guys enough. I'm a small business owner and needed some labels for my products (stickers) printed by yesterday o'clock. But I also work full-time (on the side :P ), so I don't really have any TIME. Went to their website. Sent in the image I wanted made into a sticker. Half an hour later, get an e-mail from one of their reps confirming final details (material, size, etc.) A few hours after that, I get a PDF proof in the e-mail. Looks good.
