I went in today with an order which was a rush. The first person who helped me was not knowledgeable (checked with his coworker a couple of times) and not exactly friendly. I brushed this aside, grateful they could get my job done. I received a quote in the amount of time promised, however an hour later I received an email that their printers had broken down and they would be 2-3 hours late on my order. I cancelled my order and went back to pick up my paper. When I walked in, they barely glanced at me before someone stopped to help me. Same attitude as the first, handed me my paper, told me he wasn't sure if it was all there and went back work. Last time I use this company! read more

Copymat did an excellent job. The cards were a little pricy, but they look MUCH better than my Vista Print ones, and the real advantage is that they had them done in a day whereas Vista Print took nearly 5 weeks because of some "mixup". What was I supposed to do in the meantime? Copymat went the extra mile and actually offered to have them delivered to a meeting for me in the financial district. Who does that? I'm very satisfied. Copymat's outstanding customer service along with top-notch quality made for a excellent first-time experience, one leaving me knowing my go-to spot for my next print project! I had a rather small order--approximately 300 adhesive labels in two different styles--for use on wedding favors. Seth's communication was prompt and thorough in getting the specifics ironed out, working with my budget, and (because it's for a wedding) went so far as to allow me to proof the labels before producing the entire order. Based on previous Yelp reviews, I was pleased--though not at all surprised--to find the proofs were generated fast and flawlessly. After giving the go-ahead, Seth produced the labels quickly and at a great price, making for not only one happy customer (me), but also one *very* pleased bride. Bonus! Worst customer service ever. Asian guy in the counter needs to respect all customer whether they're spending more or less. I just wanted to make few copies of my documents. First he says they're super busy. And then again says they'll charge $10 min even if it's just one copy. It was ok but when I was about to give him my documents then he says it'll take too long and told me they're super busy. After that incident I had to find FedEx and did it myself. What a waste of time. You guys better take out the sign saying photocopy. read more

It's hard to imagine that I would write a five-star review about a copy shop but here it is! These are the nicest, most competent, fastest and best people around. I have a small law practice and often the really large and complicated copy jobs are simply too time-consuming to be cost effective.
