The pancake was very different from the pictures on the menu, so that was surprising. The taste-wise, it was good/okay. The food serving was a little late than expected, but servers were really nice.

The best breakfast place you can ever imagine yourself is this one. Any varieties of favourite breakfast options are offered in here: eggs, omelettes, pancakes, crepes, fruits, bacon, sausages, oatmeal, fruit jams and never ending coffees The presentation of every other dish is beautifully accomplished, which makes it even more appetizing. I prefer the traditional English breakfast options they have, but if you want to eat something more modern, there are a few updates to try such as a "breakfast burger". The staff is very professional, friendly and willing to help any time you need. Menu is available in both English and French.

This establishment is the home away from home. We ventured out on our last day in the city to fuel up for the long commute home. With a menu full of classic breakfast and brunch cuisine - they even have quite a few riffs to improve on the classics. The layout had you sitting where you had privacy - even in such an open space. It was clean and well maintained. The food was delicious, and the portions are hearty. The staff are incredibly friendly - speaking both French and English. Service was prompt and polite. This is certainly a place to go with friends, family or out with your significant other. You won't be disappointed, and it is one stop that we plan to return to our our next adventure in Montréal.

Cora's might be the same across the board but loved the service at this one. And God knows good service in Montreal is NOT a given. Enjoy!

This has been my favourite Cora's location so far. The fruit was fresh, the service was courteous and attentive and the gluten free option was delicious.

Great location, fast and friendly service, delicious (very LARGE sized portions!) food, great value for what you get. I got the chocolate and banana crepe - fantastic, about what you would get at a creperie. Plenty leftovers for the next morning - still just as good. Highly recommend for cheap breakfast or brunch!

    Pretty smoothie!

SO good! The Gigi omelette (egg whites with veggies and goat cheese, served w gluten free bread and fruit) blew away any other breakfast dish I've had in a very long time.

Good stuff. The service was a little slow although the eggs Benedict was very good. The hot sauce tastes very good.

I couldn't finish the Egg on Your Face, so I had the rest for lunch (it was almost as good cold!). But it was DELICIOUS. Everything was really tasty and the croissants are so flaky. Service is fast - but you can tell some of the items are freshly made (like the French toast and panini). The atmosphere is adorable & quaint. Seating is a bit crowded, but that makes it charming.

The restaurant didn't provide a high chair for our baby, which was a bit disappointing. The service was good with our waitress checking with us to order and being prompt and attentive. Here is what we ordered: Grilled Cheese O+G (8/10) - the bread with the grilled cheese and caramelized onions were cooked well. The homemade ketchup had a sweet taste to it and was brought out a little colder than room temperature. I probably would have preferred the ketchup/tomato sauce to be a bit warmer. The Chicken Melt (8/10) - this sandwich was pretty big. It had grilled chicken in a creamy sauce, some Cole slaw (actually a lot of Cole slaw) and some dill pickles. The sandwich was a bit messy to eat and I think it had a little too much Cole slaw, but it was a good sandwich, nonetheless. Overall, I good experience with a few suggestions in my review that I think would have made it really great.

One thing: they are not as big nor dense as New York City bagels. These are enough for a decent Breakfast with coffee, and juice, and not feeling weighed down. We're on vacation. So, what is a Montreal bagel and how is it different from any other bagel? Well, they are smaller, thinner, denser, and sweeter, with a larger hole in the middle than most other bagels. Back in the day, they were always baked in a wood-burning oven. Today, those types of ovens are illegal, so they engaged a team of bagel production experts to reconfigure a cooking process and replicate the test and texture of their old-school wood fire baked ancestors. And their bagels can be enjoyed in eighteen different varieties, and that is a pretty awesome selection. We decided on an Everything Bagel with jalapeno cream cheese (C$5.25) and a Plain bagel with salmon cream cheese (C$5.25). Our drinks were a Small Americano (C$3.50) and a small drip coffee (C$2.75). My Everything bagel was wonderful. Chewy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a subtle "hint of sweetness" taste. It was everything you'd ever want in a bagel. And the jalapeno cream cheese was great. I order this a lot and sometimes I end up with a dissapointingly bland cream cheese with the lightest green tint to it, as though someone used an eye dropper to administer a few milligrams of pickle juice. But not here, there were actual hunks of raw jalapeno in the cream cheese that left no doubt in your mind what you were eating. They sure delivered the old zip I expect in anything with the word "jalapeno" in its description. You order on their assembly line (the servers were great), then grab a table out in the common area outside the store. PRO TIP The store can be tricky to find. It's inside an office building on a lower level which resembles a shopping mall. What a great thing for the office workers to grab some food without confronting the harsh Montreal winter weather.
