He walked me through setting up a hospital tank and how to properly treat it with Methylene Blue. His customer service was outstanding (even with my 100 questions). I haven't found too many Places that I trust to give him food from and if I have an issue then the manager will usually suggest something that I can use instead. He has been spot on nine out of 10 times!
