We used them for my daughter's graduation party and they did a wonderful job. The cook arrived on time and the food was delicious. They send a formal proposal and the process was easy and felt trustworthy from the beginning. The set up looks nice and they have some delicious sauces to add to the tacos. We chose 3 proteins and it included rice, beans, and some grilled veggies. One little hiccup we had was we ordered some horchata the week of via email, and there must have been some miscommunication between the cook and the person who handles the orders. It wasn't a big deal though. If you plan to make any last minute changes I'd call to confirm to just make sure. They also have vegan options, which is super great and inclusive. The topping options were also great. THE SAUCES sheeesh the Chipotle mayo was delish!! That combined with the onions and elote corn. We had Corazon Tacos cater for a fancy 25th anniversary party for 100 guests at the Green Room Social Club and they did not disappoint! The guests had more than enough food, and the leftovers the packaged up for us fed a small crowd the next day. They give you a pager so you can enjoy the venue while airing for food. Order came up quickly. Got the tacos al pastor which are typical street tacos, onions, cilantro, lime wedges and your choose of salsa. You can customize at the kiosk and an order comes with 3 for around $8. Flavorful meat, single layer of corn tortillas so these fall apart quickly. They offer chicken, asado and jackfruit for vegetarians. We also tried a chicken quesataco which was on a larger corn tortilla, amazing flavors but also quickly fell apart. They provide catering services in addition to the kitchen at this location. My daughter and I hired Corazon Tacos to cater a 60+ person Birthday party at our home on the lake in Tahoe over the 4th of July weekend. It was a fantastic party decision! Everything turned out so wonderful and we got several comments on how delicious the food was. They took so much pressure off of us wondering how we were going to feed a big group of 30 to 60 year olds, after a long afternoon of beer drinking and lots of activities around the water. Went to a birthday party that hired Corazon Tacos to cater. Such a great idea! For an hour while they cooked the food we smelled all the yummy meat and veggies cooking up, then they let us come eat! The cook/server Rachel was wonderful! She served up the taco filling of our choice ( I did all three because why wouldn't you?) and was so in love with the flavor. For vegans - omg the jackfruit filling! Scrumptious! A little spicy but it balanced the sweet flavor of the fruit so well. The chicken was delicious! Often I find chicken kinda dried out or too salty but that was not the case here at all. In fact that was the only taco filling I had a second one it was so flavorful!! The al pastor was rich and flavorful and the pineapple was really complimentary to the grilled pork flavor. All the sides were vegan , including the beans and rice, and a ton of sauces were offered as well as all the usual white onions, limes, cilantro, pickled jalapeños, etc. of all the sauces my fav was the avocado creme. Corazon Tacos arrived 2.5 hours ahead of time to prepare all food at the site fresh, and I mean FRESH! Everything was chopped. diced, sliced and cooked on the grill right in front of us. I don't always attend taco parties but when I do, I always eat 12 tacos. The tacos provided by Corazóz were so good I had to eat a dozen. I wasn't even hungry. I look at it this way, if I don't eat so many, someone else will have to eat more. The tacos spread was so huge we all had to share the responsibility of consumption.
