Now, granted, the problem was intermittent so it's understandable they would have missed it during the checkup process. But, they refused to pickup the fridge without charging me 200 bucks! Imagine that. You sold me a broken machine and don't have the decency to recognize you screwed up and make it right by at least picking it up without pain. I ended up buy a regular fridge from home Depot which cost less and was delivered for free right into my kitchen.

I couldn't believe it - as a customer am I suppose to just let it go and lose my heard earned money because someone from Brick did read the notes from the Customer rep. It can no longer function at all, as soon as it is plugged in it blows the circuit breaker and electrical sparks damaging the electrical outlets. This manufacturing defect is a huge risk of fire. We called the Accent Meuble store in Mont Laurier today (04/30/2020) to be told that since this purchase was made more than a year ago, the merchant can do nothing. According to them, we can only do business with the manufacturer only. Absolutely absurd that an electro manager is in major default after 18 months and that the merchant washes his hands! We are going to post a review on all social media and start the process with the Office de la Protection du Consommateur du Québec.

They carry different local brands all us eat one roof.. bread from maman clafoutis , macaroons from quelque chose , and so on.. so it's nice but expensive.. I'm hoping post Covid they will have a spot to sit and enjoy a treat or coffee because it's a very nice space!
