I live in Barrie, Ontario and they delivered and set up for $150. It took me a few weeks to change to sleeping on my back (a side sleeper for 60+ years) so I could use the Zero Gravity setting. No more snorting and my sleep has been the best sleep. More REM sleep and I wake up totally rested. For the first time in my life, I look forward to bedtime. This was written after 3 months of use and I have never been happier with a purchase.

Told the manager I had a King Coil Pillow Top and loved it. Problem was I bought a bed and the frame made the deep mattress too high. I told him I had severe arthritis from shoulders to feet and had to avoid all pressure points. No problems he says, we have mattresses for everyone. He then proceeds to thrash all other mattress factories and how much better theirs were with the independent coils. He suggested a semi-firm for me. I tried it for a week and absolutely hated it. He says try it for 30 days. After 30 days I can barely walk from back pains from the mattress. He offered to sell me a mattress pillow top at their cost but if it had to be returned to be made soft, it would be a market value. I received another mattress which was supposed to be soft but I felt no difference at all. That was my last chance and am now stuck with a brand new expensive mattress I cannot use. So much for fitting the mattress to you. Finally I went back to Mattress Mart and bought another King Coil Pillow Top. It is still too high but at least I can get up straight in the morning and carry on with my day after finally a good night's sleep. Very Disappointed

Our salesperson, Trista, was so friendly and so helpful as we went from one mattress to another. We ended up purchasing the Kingsdown Zero Gold Matress - actually two of them in Twin XL, along with adjustable bases, so my wife and I could choose our mattress firmness and our head and food adjustments independently. It was the perfect solution. Trista did not rush us our pester us, but she was always right there to answer any questions we had. We shopped on Black Friday weekend when they had great sales too. For all of the mattresses I've purchased over the years for us or for our kids (also purchased mattresses for them at Mattress Mart), this was by far the best experience of all.

Eventually, this manager came over, but initially only aggressively demanded to know where exactly in their lot we had parked our car. Although I initially avoided stating where my car was parked, the manager purposefully wouldn't talk to me again until I told her. At this point the manager handed me over to another salesperson. When the salesperson tried to distract us away from the entrance / exit door the manager quickly went (ran) outside of the store. While my wife and I were shopping, I just happened to peek out the window and noticed the manager checking out my car in the parking lot. Upon sneaking back into the store this manager with a big smile on her face said, "I know you have money. I will help you out." Looking around at the mattresses, I saw the manager unknowingly take photos of another customer in the store using her cell phone. I'm very sure the manager, who was trying to secretly take these photos, didn't notice I had seen her doing it. I found the manager to be sneaky, a liar and very manipulative. She's not in any way the type of person that I would ever buy a 'big ticket item' from. Also, I'm very sure the store manager thought I hadn't noticed her disrespectful and abusive behaviour. The salesperson who was in the store appeared to be an eager accomplice in what I consider to be extremely inappropriate behaviour. Over many years, I have purchased five mattresses from Mattress Mart. Given what occurred, I will never go back to Mattress Mart and can't recommend this business to anyone. I would have given a rating with no stars, but you must give at least 1 star when submitting a review.

Within 5 minutes I had all of the information I needed and was excited about buying a bed! I returned the very next day with my husband to find the same employee, who helped us find a bed we were very happy with very efficiently, and at a great price (and even with our 2 young kids in tow! ). We were very impressed with the customer service from the gentleman who helped us and Sleep Country in general. We can't wait to get our new bed!

Its also a long weekend. So as it was a weekend and by this time the store was closed there nothing to be done until Tuesday. I call head office and finally get a date for my pillows. They do not want to compensate me for waiting or not returning my calls. They won't take the bed back. They were very rude and even hung up on me and I had to call again to get the same poor treatment from a different employee. I will NEVER buy a bed there again, I will NEVER refer anyone to buy a bed there. I WILL give this company a bad review any chance I get. I am extremely disappointed and hurt about my experience. Spending that much money in a store CASH BTW and then to be ignored, hung up on and no compensation offered after how I was treated, this was the most shameful and disrespectful service I have gotten from any business in all of Ontario.

Our experience was somewhat unique and the crew at Kingston MM: Jake, JoAnne, Chris & Matthew bent over backwards to accommodate me. Our mother is quite ill and needed a better mattress for spending long hours in bed. After pitching me the perfect choice it came to the attention of a new employee that they in fact did not have it in stock, lesson learned I suspect. When someone needs something yesterday, don't sell them something that can't be here till next week. Instead of sending me off empty handed we settled on a compromise hoping it would work. It did not. I contacted them, they got it sent from Ottawa and the exchange took place. We live on an island, getting on and off, timing when Mom would not be in the bed, would be almost impossible. The solution bring the replacement back to the house, do the switch when she was up in the wheelchair, and change them out then. This is not the store policy, and frankly should not be, but our situation required some compassionate compromise and it was delivered in spades. Since Covid, the whole service industry has been thrown in a tail spin. Staff shortages, lack of experience, the list goes on. The end result has been overall poor customer service everywhere, with the expectation that we the customer pay more for it and accept it. For us, in a time when good old customer service was needed, we got it! I can't thank the team at Kingston Mattress Mart enough. It has not been an easy 6 weeks and it won't get easier, but at least we know that Mom can sleep comfortably. Thanks again for your efforts.

He then suggested several options at various price ranges. Our only disappointment was with the delivery. The driver was rude and appeared to be in a rush, resulting in damage to our mattress. Once I brought this to the attention of the store manager the problem was immediately rectified, and the mattress was exchanged. The manager and new delivery team were amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Mattress Mart as they have a wide selection of great quality merchandise, with great sales & after-sales personnel.

We spent about 2 months shopping around, not wanting to commit to anything until we were certain we found our right match. Let me tell you, bed shopping is stressful and can be expensive. We ventured out to the Sleep Country at the Trainyards location, and the sales rep was very nice and actually helped us find the bed that we went with. Now, unfortunately he was super busy with other clients and seemed to be the only one working that day, so we went home and waited until this past weekend and decided to drop by the innes road location. That location felt larger, and was very quiet; we were the only ones shopping there on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted right away, and since we already knew what kind of bed we wanted, it made our job easier, and the sales reps job easier. We were in and out in about 20 minutes tops, had our delivery to be shipped on the Monday which was super quick... (not even full two days)!! We did not know much about buying beds, and thought they would have to order it in and we would have to wait a couple weeks. Everything moved super quick. Delivery went smooth. They will call you in the morning and give you a 3 hour window time on the projected time that they will arrive at, so you dont have to sit at home all day waiting for a delivery.Great thing is the delivery company took away our beds and installed our bed and headboard and did not leave a trail that they were even here. So far, money well spent, so happy with the bed that we chose. It feels so luxurious, and I cannot wait to get a good nights sleep on it---bye bye back pain! :)
