From experience, Jerry (the owner), is not an efficient, thorough, or competent mechanic, this,…read moreeven though he brags about being a mechanic for 40 + years (yuck, yuck). Contrary to their claim of being 'established in 1989', for THIS shop location they have only been there for a few years. His shop is dirty, very unkempt, and neglected. Jerry takes way too long to do simple jobs and stores customers' bikes on top of one another. Jerry's prices are exorbitant even compared to other shops in the Daytona Beach area that offer service for the same jobs, it's a miracle he's even still in business. Jerry kept my bike for a full month for simple work, within that time having done no work on it whatsoever until the 30-day mark, Jerry never said this would be BEFORE I dropped it off. I came in after two weeks to find nothing had been done to it nor had it even been looked at, my mistake was not opening his garage door right then and there, stating it up and driving away but he had it buried amongst other customers' bikes. Had I known, I would never have trusted him in giving him my business, I never will again nor will I let anyone I know do the same. Only after I gave him my business did I discover many other former customers who had the same bad experience as I did. Need service? Go someplace else, you have been forewarned...

It seems like the corporation that runs…read moreit goes around looking for motorcycle shops in busy areas that are not doing well, buy them up, slap their corporate logo on everything, bump the prices up on everything they sell, and people just... accept it. Every Ride Now I have been in is there because it was an old shop that got bought out, and the building they are in always seems to have something off about it. This is the second one where the bathrooms are some of the oddest ones I have ever been in. I know of another store location where the bathrooms have literally been condemned and they have had to install a fancy porta-potty out in the parking lot for everyone to use. OK... aside from that, when I first pulled up to this store location, parking was fine though a bit cramped... not really a lot of parking available here. Walking up to the place, I first went down the line of used bikes that they have. Sadly nothing really popped out at me as being what I was looking for. Got to the end of the building, then went inside and worked my way through the new inventory. Again, nothing there that was what I was looking for. A lot of models that should have been there were missing, including manufacturer flagship models. Walked the entire way through the store, back out to the parking lot, and hopped back onto my bike. Didn't get a single approach from sales personnel asking if I was finding what I needed, or asking me what I was looking for. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Rode out of there sorely disappointed in the customer service of the place, along with the knowledge that there is really no need for me to return.

As I was driving to finalize the sale of this ATV the sales person Jayden Harper messaged me to inform me he was mistaken on the pricing that it's now $10,599. It was the old deceptive sales practice called bait-and-switch. The Federal Trade Commission needs to start fining these powersport companies. They have gotten away with this deceptive sales practice for way too long!!

Well, the shop was very snappy speaking to me on the phone, but I still came in since they are the only repair shop in the area. I set my saw down and greeted the receptionist (who was smoking). She went and got the owner Ed, who looked at my chainsaw. After I removed it from the case he rudely asked with me a very flip irritable attitude what I wanted him to do with it?(like i brought it there to show it off) I informed him of my issue with the blade, because the chainsaw was throwing the blade due to the looseness. He proceeded to set the saw down and say that I need to change my habits of how I care for my saw and that I had stretched the blade and caused the issue (he remarked how dirty I kept my saw). I asked how he intended to fix it and started to began to get very irritated since I did not come for a lesson on chainsaw cleaning, I came for a repair. So, I asked him if he treats every customer so rudely and provides so little unwanted information to them? He then glared at me, packed my saw up, and told me to leave. I told him that I would be leaving a bad internet review everywhere I could for conducting himself that way. Finally, as I walked out he said to me, "Well go f*** yourself". And I replied in kind So yeah, don't go here, unless you want a quick fist fight with some random lawn mower repair guy.
