Scratch on my saddle bag after being at the dealership.

This is the worst dealership I've ever been to. I bought a used 2017 Indian Springfield with 7k miles on it. After 4 months the transmission blew at 8k miles. Luckily I had warranty (for two years) that I purchased on it. Long story short it took them 6 months to rebuild the transmission and upgrade the 111 to a 116. When I got the bike back (after 1-4 of my warranty is used in their shop. I got mike bike back with scratches adhesive left all over dirtier than I had event had it and with a new speedometer because they shorted the original. The new one isn't even sealed properly. They tell me that we need it back at 500 miles to tune it up(they never mentioned it was going to be an extra $450) I'm assuming it's part of the upgrade since that's how it was described to me. I asked them what they did they said checked the spark plugs and changed the oil. How is that $450 worth? They also don't call you back or pick up their phones. After 7 months and 6 grand later I can ensure you I will never go back to this awful place. Update they charged me twice for the "tune up" now I have to wait for it to post to dispute it. That's $900! Outrageous!

Large, well stocked dealership that looks great. Set up to get a great view of all their products, sales people who are not pushy (not desperate like HD dealers). All the staff were friendly and helpful. A must stop when in town, compare apples to apples prices and you will see that Indian is the way to go.

This dealership is not the typical dealership. I have been in quite a few and it's always the same... you feel out of place or not "cool" enough. Not at Daytona Indian. You feel very comfortable and you're welcomed right away. Everybody and I mean everybody is friendly. No pressure and just plain nice there. This was my second motorcycle purchase there and I am very happy. Go see the guys there. Bikes, parts, service... all really cool and chill people.

I purchased my first motorcycle from here and everything was top notch! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I referred my husband, who purchased a bike shortly after me, so we're now an Indian fam! The whole team especially Brian Charlton, John Kleinhoffer, and Steve (didn't catch his last name but salesman) made the experience even better. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

As usual we search out a local Indian Dealership to pickup a t-shirt and have a look around. We were met be Steve as soon as we exited our car. We started talking and I was told this is the largest Indian dealership in the world with bike allocations & sales that show it. We were taken into the sales floor and wow! You could for 2-3 dealerships we've been to in it. All the motorcycle floor space was filled with bikes. There were a lot of accessories displayed making what you may be looking for at hand. What did impress us was the size and amount of clothing displayed . There were racks upon racks of Indian clothing - t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, coats & jackets. Plus add clearance racks. We were definitely impressed. Although there were a few bikes that caught my eye, no bikes followed us home. But some clothing did. Yes I'd agree it's the largest Indian dealership I've ever been in! Just based on what we saw I could see myself looking here for my next bike.

This is our 3rd purchase from this location and we will always be returning customers! The entire staff is so incredibly friendly, I can't say thank you enough! You guys rock!

Scratch on exhaust pipe. Almost looks as though it was keyed.

BUYER BEWARE! Got my new Indian delivered today. The whole experience with the Daytona dealership and now with their Huntsville dealership has been absolutely terrible! Took over a month to deliver, finally got here dirty as hell, scratch on the exhaust and check engine light on. I'm in the process of telling them to come get this thing. They ruined what should have been a satisfying experience buying my first Indian. Update, got an email from the Daytona Indian dealership manager this morning stating that they have done nothing wrong. I reminded him that although legally, they may have done nothing wrong, customer service, communication, deception, delivering damaged, dirty, and faulty merchandise are not good business practices. Also, the fact that it took many emails and calls, on my part, to get here yesterday. If I had not reached out, it probably would be next year before I got it, if then. I am not sure about the legality of swapping the tins with another bike. It will certainly leave a few people confused when they look up the VIN and the bike theme doesn't match. Now, the manager says he will no longer be communicating with me. Breaks my heart! He's useless anyway. Still haven't got a response on what they are going to do about the damage and check engine light. The scratch actually looks like someone keyed it at the dealer. I wouldn't doubt it. Oh yeah, I offered to return the bike and let them buy it back. Robert, the GM, refused the offer. Again, not a good business practice.

We had a bad experience at another dealer and decided to give Indian of Daytona a try. We were early for our appt and they were just rolling the bikes out. Even though they were busy, three employees introduced themselves and welcomed us. The bike we originally came to see wasn't for us, but they found another that was perfect. We negotiated a deal I was happy to sign. Paperwork went quick. Our salesman John was friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall a terrific experience and we just love our new Indian Roadmaster!

As part of a birthday extravaganza, my boyfriend wanted to rent a Honda Goldwing motorcycle. And Goldwings are completely not available in Jacksonville so we were originally planning a trip to Orlando when we heard Daytona had one available. As a part of the Eaglerider motorcycle rental group, they can bring in various bikes a person may want to rent. We planned a one day rental and the shop was super accommodating allowing us to pick up the bike after they were closed. The rental included helmets and basic insurance to cover the bike. This was my first time being on a motorcycle and after being terrified the first half of the initial ride, I slowly began to enjoy myself. I was much better the second day for our sightseeing trip. I definitely recommend A1A - driving right next to the ocean and smelling the salt in the air is what living in Florida is all about. We returned the bike shortly before closing the following day. We chatted with the owner, Chris, who did the walk around the check the bike. The bike was in great condition and we had no problems. They included two locks and we did use the brake disc lock when we left it in a parking garage because, ya know, no one wants to pay that $1k deductible should someone try to take it. Chris checked us out and they walked us through a bunch of other vehicles available. If you want to rent a t-rex, this is your place. If you want to check that out, other bikes, drool over a Vanderhall, go here. Everyone was super friendly, answered questions, and didn't make fun of my complete ignorance of anything and everything motorsports. I hope they get a passenger backrest for the Spyder so we can rent that next without me worrying about falling off the back!

I was asked to walk to the Service and Parts Department wheee there was nobody there, I waited and I asked again and the parts rep couldn't be found or bothered. I walked around no one cared. They charged me for installing a new engine and returned motorcycle to me w an oil leak, missing screws (on muffler shield) and now the battery would not take a charge (which was never an issue before). They picked the bike back up a week later, installed or repaired a gasket, repaired the electrical and delivered to me about 6 weeks later. Battery seems to work now but it's still leaking oil. Attempted to call several times immideatley after delivery but no answer. I reported the issues to the manufacturer after which the manufacturer contacted the dealer as a courtesy and the dealer informed the manufacturer they were refusing future warranty- service due to allegations that I used foul language and threatened to take legal action on a voicemail. Total bull. So unfortunately I'm obliged to let the legal folks work it out. All because MottoCity Motoplex Daytona wouldn't take a simple phone call to discuss and try to settle amicably. Buyer beware. Only positive was the parts dept. Ethan has been very helpful and accommodating as possible throughout this belabored repair process. Unfortunately, Ethan doesn't make the decisions for the dealership.
