The salesman was confrontational with my husband and told my son they couldn't make a deal, despite the fact that he was putting half the cost of the bike as a down payment and had me as a co-signer. We never even got to speak to the finance person to confirm their position. Essentially, they ran our credit (mine with a score around 800) then told us they couldn't do anything. Probably a blessing because my son found a nicer bike at Sky Powersports in Sanford and was treated wonderfully by Evan. 12/17/2025 I went into Indian motorcycle to inquire about 2 new tires for my bike. They seemed straight forward and gave me a quote, asking for deposit. however, they had to order my tire size and said it may take 2-3 weeks to arrive and would call. Not hearing from them I visited after the 1st of new year and was told they received tires but only tech capable of changing tires was out. Again, I was told they would call. They never called, so I contacted them every week and got the same story. Seemed odd, a business that big and only one tech was qualified to change my tires. Tired of run-a-round, on 1/30/2026 I called asking to speak to supervisor and told my story. He said I should bring it in and all would be taken care. Well, at this point I was leery, not trusting them. I went in and asked service for deposit refund which they agreed to do and sent me to parts counter. Well now another run-a-round, being told they couldn't return my cash deposit and would have to wait till manager approved and a check would be mailed to me next Friday. Dishonest dealership. I purchased my 2023 Indian Scout Bobber twenty brand new off the showroom floor in 2024. They recommended i purchase the maintenance plan as a safety net. I took my bike in for the 500-mile maintenance and requested a pickup. They gave me the runaround for 3 days and said they were doing me a favor to pick it up although it is in my agreement. They kept the bike for 2 weeks and again I had to argue with them to return my bike back to me. Once I received it, I went to ride it a week later (for the weekend) and the battery was dead. Called Daytona to inform them I also paid for a battery maintenance plan that will replace the battery for free. It took them 2 weeks to respond. Again, I was told they were doing me a favor and picked up the bike and replaced the battery. I asked them to return it to my home, and they stated they will not return it without a $100 tow charge. What? Again, I purchased this bike off their showroom floor a year earlier! I recently had surgery on my right hand limiting me from riding. I went on their website and requested Daytona Indian to appraise my bike with 567 original miles, new battery, kept in my garage great new condition. It took them 3 weeks to get back with me after I called Alan in sales on multiple occasions he finally called me back and stated I will give you $6,000 for your bike. I said excuse me; I paid $19,000 for the new bike a year ago from Daytona Indian when they told me if i ever wanted to sell, they would give me the best deal from any other dealership because I purchased the bike new from them. LIES. I can't get the Manager on the phone to discuss their unethical messaging. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP. Very sad this is the way they treat the customers AFTER a SALE. read more

This is the worst dealership I've ever been to. I bought a used 2017 Indian Springfield with 7k miles on it. After 4 months the transmission blew at 8k miles. Luckily I had warranty (for two years) that I purchased on it. Long story short it took them 6 months to rebuild the transmission and upgrade the 111 to a 116. When I got the bike back (after 1-4 of my warranty is used in their shop. I got mike bike back with scratches adhesive left all over dirtier than I had event had it and with a new speedometer because they shorted the original. The new one isn't even sealed properly. They tell me that we need it back at 500 miles to tune it up(they never mentioned it was going to be an extra $450) I'm assuming it's part of the upgrade since that's how it was described to me. I asked them what they did they said checked the spark plugs and changed the oil. How is that $450 worth? They also don't call you back or pick up their phones. After 7 months and 6 grand later I can ensure you I will never go back to this awful place. Update they charged me twice for the "tune up" now I have to wait for it to post to dispute it. We started talking and I was told this is the largest Indian dealership in the world with bike allocations & sales that show it. We were taken into the sales floor and wow! You could for 2-3 dealerships we've been to in it. All the motorcycle floor space was filled with bikes. There were a lot of accessories displayed making what you may be looking for at hand. What did impress us was the size and amount of clothing displayed . There were racks upon racks of Indian clothing - t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, coats & jackets. Plus add clearance racks. We were definitely impressed. Although there were a few bikes that caught my eye, no bikes followed us home. But some clothing did. Yes I'd agree it's the largest Indian dealership I've ever been in! I am a 75 year old man who has owned motor cycles all my life. purchasing a Indian pursuit was not a good experience here.I took it back for a 500 mile break in service and they told me I needed a new radiator and I would have to leave it. I live about 80 miles away. I asked the manager named Conner how I would get home and he told me that's not his problem. When I told him that I was very disappointed he said he could take my bike down off the lift and I could take it somewhere else. I said no I bought it here and I want it fixed here.I don't know why he treated me so disrespectful I paid full quoted price for the bike.I got my bike back 3 weeks later . I loaded it on a trailer when I noticed it had a flat tire on the back.If anyone ever sees me there again please shoot me. read more

My husband and I had tried a few years ago to purchase a motorcycle from this business and found that the extra charges were very high and were for items that we felt were not appropriate or unreasonable. however this year we decided to try to purchase another motorcycle during bike week. We were meeting with the salesman and finance manager for over two hours and had been approved for a loan for the bike we had chosen. when the finance manager finally came back, after going to another customer in the middle of our deal, he came back and told us that the bike we were just approved to buy was being sold to someone else. Needless to say we were very angry and upset that we had spent almost 3 hours making this deal, due to their paperwork issues, to find out that it was sold out from under us. Who does this?! It appears it is about who hands them the money first and not about customer service and loyalty. Our salesman was totally blindsided by his manager and also lost his commission on this sale. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this dealer unless you put money on the table as soon as you walk in or the bike will be sold out from under you! If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Let me start by saying, I bought a New Slingshot from this dealer in 2017, everything went as planned, no issues.... Fast forward to today 9/29/22, I had received a email from The dealership that they had New Slingshots in for the upcoming Biketoberfest, to come check them out...So I decided since I'm home (I own a Semi) I would run up and test drive a new one since I had been thinking about upgrading mine....Drove to Daytona from Rockledge (57 miles) when I get up there, the sales guy informed me that they had not "safety tested" them yet? (But yet they send out emails to come test drive them???) So of course since Hurricane Ian had just came through 2 days prior, I understood and left my information, and drove home. Now today 10/6/22 I call the dealership to see if they have them ready to test drive, oh yeah, come on up we have a 2021 that you can drive in a stick (I wanted to see the difference in the drive from a 2017 since they have been upgraded) so Myself and a friend (who also bought her Sling there) drove up, we get up there, to be told that I could not drive one UNLESS I was ready to buy it, and run numbers?!?!?!?!? BUYER BEWARE! Got my new Indian delivered today. The whole experience with the Daytona dealership and now with their Huntsville dealership has been absolutely terrible! Took over a month to deliver, finally got here dirty as hell, scratch on the exhaust and check engine light on. I'm in the process of telling them to come get this thing. They ruined what should have been a satisfying experience buying my first Indian. Update, got an email from the Daytona Indian dealership manager this morning stating that they have done nothing wrong. I reminded him that although legally, they may have done nothing wrong, customer service, communication, deception, delivering damaged, dirty, and faulty merchandise are not good business practices. Also, the fact that it took many emails and calls, on my part, to get here yesterday. If I had not reached out, it probably would be next year before I got it, if then. I am not sure about the legality of swapping the tins with another bike. It will certainly leave a few people confused when they look up the VIN and the bike theme doesn't match. Now, the manager says he will no longer be communicating with me. Breaks my heart! He's useless anyway. Still haven't got a response on what they are going to do about the damage and check engine light. The scratch actually looks like someone keyed it at the dealer. I wouldn't doubt it. I went to Daytona Beach Indian to buy a leftover FTR S. The internet price said, (Our price, 11,000.00) I quoted because that's exactly how it's written. I walked in and a young salesperson from North Carolina helped me. We checked the VIN. and it matched the ad. I told him I was buying it with cash. He had said the bike was a low mileage Demo. He made me sit a wait almost 45 minutes and came back with some paperwork and asked me how much I wanted to put down on it. I told him I was buying it outright. Then he walked back to the finance office and was gone another 15-20 minutes and came back with a price of almost 19,000.00. I showed him the internet ad on my phone clearly displaying the exact VIN. number. Then I told him he was not being fare and dishonest. So, the sales manager came out and I showed him the ad on my phone which was on their website. He told me to wait a few minutes and he would make things right. He came back maybe 10 minutes later with a price of 15 thousand + dollars. I don't remember exact numbers as I was so angry they wasted almost 2 hours of my time. So I read the breakdown and he had Freight, prep sales tax, assembly fee and registration and title fees. I agreed to registration fee and sales tax but told him it was a three year old motorcycle that was being sold as a demo bike. And how could he charge me Prep and them assembly fee? By the way, assembly fee was 1,025.00. Isn't Prep and assembly the same thing? And as far as freight, That should have been included in ( Our Cost, 11,000.00) as it was a 2019 leftover Demo bike. I am very upset and think others should know how they treated me. I looked yesterday and the motorcycle is still listed for 11,000.00 on Daytona Beach Indians' website. This in my opinion, is false advertisement and shouldn't be allowed. I understand they make money on financing and they tried to push me to finance. After a few attempts, I finally took a day off work and came in. I was helped by Connor, who did a great job helping me pick the right motorcycle. Jimmy came out and helped get the right financing option for me. The store manager took care of all my paperwork personally. Mike in parts got me fitted with a great helmet. There were two other salesman there who were great at giving me more info on the bike and making sure I was ready to ride. Bought my bike in October of 2021, the buying experience went well. Flash forward to March of this year (Mar 23), I paid the bike off, submitted the paperwork for my GAP refund, which stated it could take up to 8 weeks. Now here it is August 2nd and still no refund. When I call they say they can see that the GAP has been canceled but they can not tell me where my refund is. I started with the finance department in this process, then was working with the Assistant Manager (who is no longer with them), the last time I spoke to Jim (the asst manager) he called me to confirm I was canceling my GAP, and not my Warranty. Now when I call trying to speak to someone in charge, I get the run around. I have called trying to speak to the manager and apparently, he is never in the building. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Buying the motorcycle was easy (2021 Indian challenger). Getting the company to fix it after being charged for two service charges (while under warranty) has been a pain. Still unable to use my apple carplay since the day I bought my motorcycle and all they can say is, "we updated it, call customer service and they should be able to walk you through it." The motorcycle was up to date at the time and customer service recommended taking the bike into the shop.... I bought the motorcycle and extended the warranty so that I can avoid fixing it myself. I wish I got the same treatment trying to fix my motorcycle as I did when I bought it. read more

This was the worst dealership I had to deal with. The parts desk did everything they could to get my old FOB to work but I ended up buying a new one and the parts guy tells me, "We will program this for free since it is a part problem and not a user issue. It won't take but a few minutes to get it done". Great, but not great since the mechanic area didn't get the memo and I ended paying for the reprogramming. It was Daytona Bike Week so there were quite a few folks there and the guy at the service desk says it will be just a few minutes while he finishes up with the other folks at the service desk and tells me to park the bike around back with the service order on it. No problem. As I sit waiting for nearly an hour at the tent area having a few drinks, then a few more, then a few more, the "few minutes" is now at over an hour. At this point I am done and I go back inside and tell the guy to give me back whatever I paid and I am leaving. The heavyset jokester sitting next to him continues to berate folks on the phone and I tell the guy again I am done. He tells me the bike is on the lift right now. Great, this shouldn't take too much longer. I go back to the tent area out back and what do I see? My bike still sitting where I had parked it an hour and a half earlier. Somehow it had leapt from the lift it was on and parked itself in the exact same position as before. Thinking my bike had now become demonically possessed by this dealership, I went back inside and sure enough the guy is still sitting at the desk. I called him a liar and one of the sales ladies asks me to calm down. I explain this experience to her while the service guy makes his escape to the service area. The work is completed in a few minutes after he connects a laptop to the possessed demon bike and suddenly we are done. I rescue the bike from the gated area and load the wife on board to perform the exorcism. We ended up missing our group we were supposed to meet up with that night because of them taking "just a few minutes." The dealership would remember us because my wife had her dachshund, that rides with us, dressed in her cut on that everyone wanted to pet. I will never go back to this dealership and seriously reconsidered keeping an Indian if this was common amongst their agents. I'm typically one who doesn't really review places unless I have good experiences. But after everything with this dealer, I'm going to make an exception. I purchased a 2016 Indian scout from this dealer back in July. As most reviews say, both Brian's were an absolute pleasure to work with. I purchased my motorcycle from PA and these guys got me all setup and my bike shipped to me in like 3 weeks. From there, everything else is downhill. One of the ladies there sent the paperwork I needed to the wrong place for title. Also, they didn't send my temp tag but were happy to charge me for it. Called the lady, said she'd do it the next day, put it on someone else to do and it didn't get done until the following week when I called to remind. Inconvenient but not a big deal. When I got my bike, the first time I went to fuel up I noticed my tank was completely rusted out. Mind you, my Scout only had 1,500 miles on it. No reason it should be like that and certainly not sent to me like that. This is where I spend the next several months dealing with the nightmare that is Ralph and the service department. First of all, it was a battle to get anyone to care. I had to keep emailing and calling about my situation before I was put in touch with Ralph. From the first time I talked to this dude I could tell he just didn't give a rip. 2 weeks go by and not a word from him. Finally I call again, and again, leaving messages and he finally gets back to me and gives me sorry excuses of why he couldn't take 2 minutes to call or email me. There understandably had been a hurricane pass through at some point but that doesn't explain why he didn't reach out when he could either before or after. He also says he's basically pulled in a lot of directions and got a lot on his plate to which I'm thinking he either needs extra help or replaced by someone more efficient at his job that can get it done without making excuses to customers. I also want to add that I'm not one to cuss at, yell at, demean, or mistreat workers of any business. I'm aware customers can be awful to employees and insufferable. This is not the case here. Anyway, he asks me to take it to a Polaris dealer an hour away from me to get it looked at and serviced if possible and that they'd cover it. Cool. Unfortunately, I'm without my brand new motorcycle for a week to just be told the tank is beyond repair. Great. Back to hunting down Ralph who later says they'll send me a new tank to replace. This takes another 4-5 weeks. The dealer an hour away from me sends me pics when they get the tank (making it clear I was not in possession of tank at any point) and it's ridiculous what they sent. First of all, they sent me a used tank that Ralph pulled off of another motorcycle instead of a new tank for my motorcycle I bought with only 1,500 miles on it. Also, the paint job is crap. It was a half behind job and you could still see the original black paint underneath. With an added bonus of the tank having multiple dents and scratches in the paint. It's unbelievable. At this point I'm fed up with Ralph and the Daytona Indian dealer. I call Ralph and ask why he sent me a used tank, with scratches and dents, and a crap paint job. He swears up and down he didn't send it like that to the dealer. I don't necessarily think he's lying, but the reality is the tank sent was nowhere up to par. As someone who owns their own business, I ask him if it's normal for this dealer to not care about their customers and make them jump through all kinds of hoops to get help. He says no. At this point I'm letting them know they gotta do something to rectify the situation. Ralph offers to send me a new tank, which I expressed gratitude for, but also ask why he didn't start off with that to begin with. I requested sissy bar with backrest to kind of make up for what all has happened thus far, and he thankfully agrees. Well, it takes yet another 6 weeks for the tank and parts to get sent. I get a call the dealer in E-town received it and also informed he neglected to send the Indian scout emblems for the tank and I find out he didn't send the spool set you need in order to even put the sissy bar on the bike. You just can't make this stuff up. Couple more weeks and that's all sent with him telling the dealer to send back the first tank they sent (understandably) and also the tank that was on my bike even though I stated I was going to keep that. One more email and I get to also keep my original tank as I requested in advance. After it was all said and done, it took over 4 months. While I did get a sissy bar and backrest out the deal and am genuinely thankful for it, I had to deal with so much crap along the way from a service department manager who seemed to not only not give a crap, but also possibly be incompetent and or thoughtless. read more
