Jerry takes way too long to do simple jobs and stores customers' bikes on top of one another. Jerry's prices are exorbitant even compared to other shops in the Daytona Beach area that offer service for the same jobs, it's a miracle he's even still in business. Jerry kept my bike for a full month for simple work, within that time having done no work on it whatsoever until the 30-day mark, Jerry never said this would be BEFORE I dropped it off. I came in after two weeks to find nothing had been done to it nor had it even been looked at, my mistake was not opening his garage door right then and there, stating it up and driving away but he had it buried amongst other customers' bikes. Had I known, I would never have trusted him in giving him my business, I never will again nor will I let anyone I know do the same. Only after I gave him my business did I discover many other former customers who had the same bad experience as I did. Need service? Go someplace else, you have been forewarned...

When I told him I only wished to get the model priced out he did not accept my answer and tried pushing me into a fast purchase. He was exceedingly unprofessional and pushy. As soon as it was made clear I would not be purchasing that day, all service was lost. Finally, when asked if I could have the handwritten quote I was provided with I was told I could not take it home... Seriously? Overall I'm impressed. Impressed that there are enough people willing to spend their hard earned money at this location. I will not be returning.

Anyway, I walked in they had 5 employees some were sitting some walking around so I asked for assistance. I was asked to walk to the Service and Parts Department wheee there was nobody there, I waited and I asked again and the parts rep couldn't be found or bothered. I walked around no one cared. I left and called Scooter West and within minutes they assisted me over the phone. Sad because I tried to stay local but guess sitting around was on their agenda today.

Brought vespa in for repair due to engine failure. 2021 GTS W/ only 2500 original miles. Original…read moreowner. Dealer recommended engine replacement. They charged me for installing a new engine and returned motorcycle to me w an oil leak, missing screws (on muffler shield) and now the battery would not take a charge (which was never an issue before). They picked the bike back up a week later, installed or repaired a gasket, repaired the electrical and delivered to me about 6 weeks later. Battery seems to work now but it's still leaking oil. Attempted to call several times immideatley after delivery but no answer. I reported the issues to the manufacturer after which the manufacturer contacted the dealer as a courtesy and the dealer informed the manufacturer they were refusing future warranty- service due to allegations that I used foul language and threatened to take legal action on a voicemail. Total bull. So unfortunately I'm obliged to let the legal folks work it out. All because MottoCity Motoplex Daytona wouldn't take a simple phone call to discuss and try to settle amicably. Buyer beware. Only positive was the parts dept. Ethan has been very helpful and accommodating as possible throughout this belabored repair process. Unfortunately, Ethan doesn't make the decisions for the dealership.
