(I went to him to get my bones in order after having both knees replaced. I really got my body out of whack trying to accommodate the pain in my knees before surgery.) I felt that he is in touch with the whole body, not just my skeleton. I like to get to the brass tack of the issue. I am 67 years old, still working full time. I have gained at least 20 lbs in the last two years. Exercise was no longer working. I felt like I had atrophy and knew something was wrong. A couple of days after my first visit I felt so loose like I could break dance, if I knew how. I'm not saying I am all better because it took years for me to get this way and if will take some time for Dr. Cordova to get the kinks out. Meanwhile it is always good to stretch several times a day at my age. I did not know this Dr. and had no indication how good he was. Something made me look to the right that day on my way to work on Sierra Hwy. I have been to many Chiropractors in the past for other issues, but didn't feel like any good was coming from them.
