(Note: as a former worker in hospitality I would NEVER expect a comp, unless it's courtesy.) So then, I got the bill, and HEY! the sandwich I didn't eat was still charged, at nearly 20$. Come ON. I've read how this is a family business, and know that you've taken on a LOT. But my experience today was a disappointing shambles. Today there were 2 sandwiches and 5 types of sausages available as well as drinks. From the time I first started lining up to when I received my food took about 25 min. Staff recognized there was a line but they were friendly and treated each customer kindly without rushing anything. Finished orders were called out after I waited about 10 min. I ordered the following items: - Fish sandwich - $15 - Apple and mustard sausage - $4 - Miso chili crunch sausage - $4 I decided to find a park near by to enjoy the fish sandwich.
