She said Keller is not a retail store and I couldn't just walk out with what I wanted. I told her I understand that the products are special order and would take weeks to receive. She still insisted that I needed to know all the exact dimensions and all sizes of every faucet and nozzle before she would help me. I promptly told her that I am not a contractor but an owner renovating a 6k sq ft house in Nome and I know I don't need the dimentions to pick up my color scheme. She just refused to help a poor Native Woman. I told her I was not stupid and she should learn to treat people with respect.
