Several tenants have been telling me that there are frequently strangers coming in to use the pool, jacuzzi, etc.--and they definitely don't live here! It's ridiculous that there is no patrol person on the premises, keeping random people from coming in and out--and monitoring what's going on. But come to think of it: I have been seeing random entry doors propped open by rocks...even when I don't see anyone moving in...what's that all about??!! They had better get some security ASAP before there's some major incident. Potential tenants: You have been warned.

Updating my review because it has been a while…read more Yes, it is expensive compared to other places you could get, but you are paying for the safety and security of having a guard at a gate,the location of this complex being in a nice part of town, and you can get an attached 1 or 2 car garage. It is hard to find all of these 3 things for a rental at a decent price , and I would say this is competitive to anything else I've been able to find that checks all those 3 boxes (which is hardly any other place). Yes, the walls are on the thinner side, but the buildings are still aging well (I feel) for their age and what can you honestly expect living in a townhome / apartment complex where there are shared walls. My neighbors must have a super nice sound system next door because I can feel/hear the fullness of the bass, but I honestly don't mind because they are allowed to enjoy their life and living location. But I kind of wish I knew what their sound system was so I could also get one! Haha. You might hear instruments playing, but again, this is a complex with shared walls. If you want sound privacy or not hearing neighbors, then maybe this type of complex is not the best , and instead a house without shared walls would be more fitting. I've never had anyone next to me be disrespectfully loud or obnoxious, and I can always sleep through the night peacefully. In my experience, it is pretty quiet here once the quiet hours start at 10PM. This complex has all ages - young kids and families to older retirees. I've never had anyone be disrespectful or rude to me. Some residents have super cute / beautiful front patio decorations etc which makes walking around pleasant. Sometimes they do take the "easy way out" for maintenance repairs like gluing down edges of vinyl instead of ripping it up and reapplying the entire adhesive and vinyl segment , but honestly what can you expect. This is a business looking to make a profit. Don't expect the highest end dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer etc... because these are rental units. That doesn't mean they don't care, it means they're a business that will buy lower end things to increase profit margin, which isn't necessarily bad. I've never had issues with any appliances etc... except for one time my dishwasher had to get replaced, but to me that was no big deal because I knew that would happen at some point. Sometimes people don't clean up after their dogs, but it is uncommon and not really noticeable. Plus those people get fined now if they don't pick up, so that helps. Again, lots of people live here, and unfortunately some people might just be like that. I could argue why are they renting here but honestly they're getting fined and that should deter enough for them to change that behavior. Sometimes cars drive by playing loud music, but it is rare. And again, what can you expect in a community of rental townhomes/apartments in close quarters, and as far as I am aware of, no one is doing it disrespectfully or in an obnoxious way. For rental townhomes and apartments this complex is very nice, beautiful, and serene. I would recommend it to others and I feel you get your money worth. The staff who work here are also nice and professional, and bless them for all the hard work that they do every day. It can't be easy.

Management is rude and disrespectful. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your…read moreneighbor is doing and saying. Literally for years I could hear neighbors on the 2nd floor. Our roof was shaking above our heads at 3am (you can use your imagination what they were doing), and a next door baby crying literally every single night at 3 and 5 am like clock work. Neighbors talking at 3/4 am because they don't work or sleep, karaoke until 2am. No one picks up after their dogs, people always doing burn outs at the corner of the road every morning at 5:20am, barely any parking outside of your garage. Lost packages all the time due to thieves (we even got multiple notices of this from resort management to be Careful of leaving packages out.) And quite frankly me and family were afraid to live and walk around here at night due to homeless sometimes entering the neighborhood at, gated security was barely gave us any sense of safety. I've made multiple complaints about the noise and other issues, just for it to NEVER BE RESOLVED, or even responded to. Noise complaints, with front desk workers completely ignoring my request to send someone over to ask the neighbors to please be quiet during sleeping hours 12am onward.. Later in June 2023 we heard a car doing burn outs at 4am and then shortly after heard GUN SHOTS in the neighborhood, the next morning POLICE tape was all over and we were informed that a person was KILLED, and then later we received a letter from management concerning the VIOLENCE. Literally the neighborhood was not safe. Aside from safety concerns, it felt as if Management will literally do everything to NOT fix anything in your unit. We had mold growth by a tub for over 3 years, and the workers kept choosing to repaint over it and claiming it was not mold. After about 5 complaints and 2 plumber visits later, they cut open to spray inside but it never solved the issue, so health was also a huge concern for us. Before leaving I had a package stolen, and the front desk said they would retrieve their security camera from their 3rd party provider to get the footage of who stole my package. I left my number with them, and they NEVER RETUNED BACK TO ME. The people who work here seem to have no regard for your safety, concerns, or health, or even respects it felt like. Before moving out we decided to leave 2/3 days earlier and management denied any sort of leniency to not charge us rent on these days and even we as far as to very sarcastically and unprofessionally say to us in a disrespectful way: "youre not getting a refund, good luck trying." When we asked for their manager numbers to see if we could talk to them, they said: "you won't get it, and told us to look the managers information ourselves." They refused a name and number. Unfortunately for them, we did and it wasn't easy but we found it publicly online, and the proceeded to look up their managers manager (regional). After speaking with the regional manager (above their own resorts manager) she was not only actually very nice, she accommodated us what these people working the front desks at resorts REFUSED TO. So I guess in the end they were WRONG! If you have concerns about your health, safety, or just your mental health and self respect. Go elsewhere!

Security here is excessive and poorly executed. You need a fob or code for nearly every entry…read morepoint. The walk-through gate has one code, the drive-through gate has another, and the building's front door has a separate code. The directory system that is supposed to call residents from the gate or door does not work. This has not been a one-time issue. It happened repeatedly for months when I first moved in while the property was still new, again last week, and most recently today. The front door to my building has malfunctioned multiple times, preventing access entirely. I live alone and work late at night. When these systems fail, I am locked out. I have had to sleep in my car because I could not enter the building. I have requested a second fob as a backup so this does not continue happening. Management has refused and tells me to "just use the code." However, the code is useless when the door itself is not functioning. Emails have been sent saying alternate doors would be unlocked during repairs, but those doors were also locked when I tried them -- even after being directed by the front desk to use a specific entrance. For the excessive cost in rent, basic and reliable access to my own home should not be this difficult. Other properties provide one fob per bedroom or offer secure mobile app access. Here, there is no backup option, and even the keypad on the unit doors has ongoing reliability issues. Please do not respond with another generic apology for the inconvenience. I am asking for real, practical solutions -- whether that means issuing a backup fob, implementing reliable mobile access, or ensuring all entry points are consistently functional. Security should never prevent a resident from accessing their own home. I simply want dependable access to the place I pay to live in.

We were trying to find Bldg 7, but noticed the preceding buildings were more easily seen. We had to turn around to find uncovered parking. I wasn't sure where the Lobby was located. We had to call our friend because we got lost. Noticed some units have garages. Some units have a different set-up, called "gardens." My son saw some decorations and he was right. We went upstairs. Nice apartment. It's a two bedroom with a den. Spacious. Modern design. Also had a balcony. I have to assume delivery drivers also have a hard time. Lot of open Parking for Visitors.

I told her this move was very important to her. That townhouse was very important to us, and she gave it away without notice to me not even apologizing nothing. People who have no empathy like that are psychopaths. Not even one I'm sorry I did that and we will find you another place she has no accountability for her mistake or apologizing. I hope that management and owners of this building know what I'm dealing with.. She can't even say. I made a mistake you know, and I gave it away to another person. I have never been treated so poorly in my whole entire life, especially with a mother who is sick. I'm gonna work with Marie from now on and hopefully she can find me a townhouse because Andrea was not having it. She wasn't even trying to help me find another place or another Level 25 with a townhouse. She tried to brush me off and said that was that there's nothing else we can do for you, not even trying to help me in the future. If I was a new person looking, I'd understand. I lived here for three years. They know me I've been in the office plenty of times. I gave them all my background information my W-2s. I put the hold on the apartment. She could've been nice and given me a heads up if she had empathy and said, I am so sorry but we gave up when it was given away.
