Deanna is so inspiring, personable, fit, and really knows her stuff. Her home studio is so comfortable and peaceful and she has fantastic equipment. My Mother and daughter and sister do private lessons and have seen amazing results from just a few weeks of instruction - leaner, longer muscles, better posture and less back pain, and she has helped me build strength in my core after having 3 children. In the summer months, most of their classes offered are outside which is great because you are able to enjoy the nice weather while getting a great workout.
