The set-up was very nice, equipment looked new, clean, and well taken care of. There was a trainer there training when I came in. He was very nice and helpful when I entered the facility. I also saw him retrieve a bucket and cloth and wipe down a lot of the equipment in-between training sessions. Definitely what you want to see in the age of COVID. All around, very nice gym and it was a great place to get a workout in when away from home.

This place is special, you feel it when you're in the class. The coaches are encouraging and add great energy, unlike any other group fitness class/gym I've tried in the past. The Williamsburg studio is top notch! The owners are present, engaged, and thoughtful! The front desk is friendly and competent! The trainers are smart, appropriately enthusiastic, encouraging, and friendly!! Camaraderie is also appropriately encouraged! The clients are welcoming , also engaged, enthusiastic, friendly toward one another and encouraging to each other. Everyone shares the energy! This studio should be the model for every studio. I travel a bit and visit studios when they are available! Not one matches this one! Thank you Williamsburg Orangetheory!!

I'm 28 and specialist doctors were pumping me full of meds that never helped, always telling me "we don't really know." Julie, within ONE SESSION, saw what was going on...chronic stress and trauma...and she provided compassion and realistic aid. She didn't try to sell me anything, simply made suggestions and even provided role play therapy for me. I've only had three total sessions and I wish I could do more. Thank you to this whole team for giving me life again! It's been over a year since I saw her last and I'm overwhelmed with joy still.

This facility has brand new equipment and a great location (close to Busch Gardens) to boot. Another great factor is the safety. They are right around the corner from a police precinct. This helps keep some of the creeps away. The staff - exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. The approach they give to customers is just top notch. If you're on the fence with crossfit or are looking into achieving that next level of fitness, come here - you won't be disappointed.

I have been charged late fees for no reason since I started. I have two forms of payment on file,…read moreand I was charged for the membership and the late fee for no reason. The manager has not called me back to fix this even after I have asked for support. I started April 2026, was charged the annual fee, late fees, and membership. Every month they say something is wrong with my payment but they collect it late and charge me. Noone called to fix this or help refund the fees.
