Both times, once via phone message and, upon in person follow-up, I was told they would contact me once they had the information from my insurance company. Once I called Marlene she denied everything and said that has never happened before and I asked for a refund she agreed to give me a refund. I went to the office and she stated the doctor was waiting for me and he just left. Which was weird because the website states she is the owner and does not talk about a single doctor on the website. Also, I've never talked or seen a doctor while visiting. When she was giving me the refund she said she refused to refund the office visit of $75. When I tried to explain I deserve a refund for the office visit because I paid for an office visit for hCG which I did not receive she had an attitude and would not give me the full refund. She also was super rude slamming the refund and the receipt on the table walking away from the front desk and going into another room. Please test your hCG levels while taking her hCG.
