Both times, once via phone message and, upon in person follow-up, I was told they would contact me once they had the information from my insurance company. It's been about a month and I still haven't heard from them, unntil today when I received a letter letting me know how important it is for me to continue my care and insinuating that I made the decision to stop treatment.
