I didn't have anything to lose so I joined. I must admit that Nevie worked to figure out why I was not getting the weekly emails and meal plans. So if joined through any META platform (Instagram/Facebook) the emails will be sent to that registered email address. Things that were not transparent to me were: the class schedule not being readily available, the link to view the workouts online so I could join from home, who I should report my weekly weight. It's because the trainers are motivational and really keep you accountable. Coach Nigel is super responsive and really pushes me to the next level. Through the highs and lows, he really adapts our training to match me. The community is super fun too-- Katrina, Coach Gary, Yaire, Gabe all bring such good energy. The fitcamps on Saturday's are a lot of fun and help keep you in the right mindset through the weekends and keeps you motivated. Highly recommend!

I found the organization on Yelp and went to the @elite_technique instagram website and was immediately amazed by the results being shown. This was all I needed to see to convince me that this was place that I needed to join. I contacted Elite Technique via Yelp to establish my membership, in addition to asking any other pertinent questions and obtaining necessary details. You have the option of going to five days a week and an extra day of Saturday Morning Bootcamp is included. The sessions are normally thirty minutes (more so HIIT style) workouts that consists of specific plans for your specific goal. Elite Technique also provides meal plans, in which you can reach out to your trainer for motivation in remaining consistent. Each trainer is assigned one to two clients per session to ensure Social Distancing guidelines are followed. Everyone in the gym must also bring a large towel to cover equipment, in addition to wearing gloves that cover your entire hand. Elite Technique is constantly being cleaned by the trainers with disinfectant wipes/spray during and after the use of equipment. I was assigned Miguel as a trainer. Miguel pushes me and I really appreciate him for that. To be honest, all of the trainers are very friendly and motivating. Deciding to attend Elite Technique will be an amazing choice for anyone that needs assistance on their fitness journey.

The regular peloton cardio and Planet Fitness just wasn't getting me where I wanna go. This place has been fantastic so far. As someone who has never really lifted weights, the trainers and owner has been fantastic at instructing the correct way to lift. They have two major programs as well as an open gym option. The programs are led by a trainer, one being team training, one being small group training. If you have not been working out lately, you will leave gassed. You will be sore. The workouts are about an hour long. I have been going about 3-4 days a week which has given me enough time to recover between workouts. Bring a towel and water bottle, my first workout was free. They do have shower facilities if you are coming from or going to work. And bonus... the showers are clean. The folks I have met here have been super friendly and welcoming. Ownership has also been very welcoming and motivating. If your looking for a new place to workout, definitely check these guys out... so far I am very happy I did...

I started in the Lean Down Challenge a 6 week program/20 lbs. I get to attend all the boot camps I want and have a small group personal training session once per week. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in the door. The boot camps are available daily. The trainers are extremely personable. I admit I love to hate them during my workouts but I feel so good a little bit after they end. Mac, Emily, and Bill are fantastic! I'm down 6 lbs, feel stronger and surprised myself by accomplishing some of the exercises I never thought I could do. I started coming to the gym Jan 2023 at 20% bodyfat. Didn't know a single person at the gym but was looking for a gym nearby where I live that I could go to consistently. 9 months later, I made my bodybuilding debut with OCB under Kenny and Ali's guidance. I had found a place with a great community and that was black owned. Outside of the trainers, those that attend the gym often contributed to my rapid advancement in the gym. The discipline and level that I was pushed in the gym by Kenny and Ali contributed to all areas of my life as well, especially in the workplace doubling my salary in 2023 compared to 2022. There are so many benefits that being a member of HIT FIT provides outside of just fitness. At Hit Fit, I believe anyone can reach their goals from the beginner level to advanced powerlifting/bodybuilding/pro athletes. They have classes from HIIT, boxing, basketball, bodybuilding, and powerlifting to name a few. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful but pretty rude and aggressive. I had to propose a solution since they said either cancel for $300+ or have a medical issue. I unfortunately did experience a medical issue and they refused to terminate my account but only freeze my account for one month due to my medical issue caused by compel. Worst experience ever.
