He and his wife…read morehave always gone out of there way to help us in many different ways, whether it's scheduling for emergencies or switching appointments with family members, they're always very helpful. I currently am going to grad school in NC and refuse to go to a dentist there and always wait until I come home go see Dr. Kaputa. He thoroughly explains things so that you understand and makes you feel very comfortable. This past week I've had a tooth problem and was able to schedule an emergency appointment for two days later. After that appointment I found I was still in pain and go figure, the office was closed today! (Weird issue that had nothing at all to do with his skill) However, he still told me to call if I was still in pain. I called him and he offered to come into the office and check me out, found and completely fix my problem!!! Not most doctors would offer to open their office just for one patient. Without fixing my tooth ache, I wouldn't be able to enjoy this holiday to its full extent. Also his office is BEAUTIFULLY decorated. I will forever and always recommend Dr. Kaputa as a dentist. Even as a child I loved him! (I'm now 26)

I could hear the nurse and the doctor discussing my care from the hallway outside my room which means that so could everyone else. This is a HIPPA violation, so I won't be returning. On top of that, they only seemed interested in getting the final bill as high as they possibly could (to the tune of 23K). They do not take insurance but will bill your insurance so that they pay you back BUT most times out of network dentists (which Aspen is) only get about 30%, instead of 50-80% for an in-network dentist, re-imbursed. All in all, this is totally a for profit business not a medical office, and they don't really care about their patients' health just the bank book at the end of the day.

Dr. Ajit Chhina was in her third trimester at the time or had just given birth. Either way, she had no business being at work because her attitude was atrocious. When I brought it up with an assistant and it was nothing but excuses. "Well, she just had a baby; her blood pressure; she doesn't eat; etc., etc., etc. I've got news for you. Women have babies all day, every day, and don't act like that. I don't care what her personal issues are/were. She had no business accepting new patients at the end of her pregnancy. That was her choice. She had nine months to make good decisions, including having time off. You show up for work, do your d@mn job. After that, she decided to take time off, so they called me and told me they'd have to reschedule my next appointment as she was going to be off for several weeks. I had a fit. They had already started the work, and I reminded them that we had a signed contract with a start and end date, and I expected them to adhere to it. So they assigned me to someone else to finish the job. I showed up for one appointment, and they got mad that I had to reschedule because they were going to do multiple extractions at one time. I told them I had no problem with that, but since I hadn't been told this when I made the appointment, I had another appointment booked right after on the other side of town, and there wouldn't be enough time to make that appointment. "What did you THINK you were coming in for?" was asked with a screwed up face and nasty attitude. I had no clue since they NEVER TELL you what the next appointment is for. Don't get me started with the billing. They maxed out my 3k dental benefits, billed me for an additional $1800+. Then weeks later came back to me for another $136 and REFUSED TO BOOK ANYMORE APPOINTMENTS UNTIL THE $136 WAS PAID IN FULL. They got nearly five grand up front and then pulled this sht. To this day, the dentures do not fit the way they are supposed to, never mind that I went back for months for additional fittings. I found a different dentist and booked an appointment with them. They said the dentures couldn't be fixed, and I needed a completely different set. A waste of a year and over $5000. I don't know HOW they are still in business, especially when you read the reviews here and see nothing but complaints! Don't get me started on the girl who filed down perfectly good teeth because she thought it would make chewing and biting easier when I didn't even say that was an issue!

I think he is the owner. I thought I had a captivity in a tooth, as it turned out I had a cavity in the adjacent tooth. Dr.Harmon came in a rush, looked in my mouth and said we need a plan. Cost $400. This was after I had x-rays, and the tech told me I had five cavities. I am 78 years old and have very poor Ins. and just wanted a tooth filled. They charged $200+ for the visit. I have since gone to another dentist, he filled the cavity and I have an appointment to extract another tooth. This was done with no plan. Think of that. I can understand having a plan if you young or middle age and want to improve the looks of your teeth but not in my case. It Just a money maker. Stay clear or get your wallet out.

If they don't trust the Endodontist they recommended to do the root canal correctly why do they recommend that Endodontist. She told them she just wanted the filling, when she went in they told her she needed a crown. Told her if they only do a filling it would not be done right. I worked for a Dentist and I know an office that's out for the money. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of an elderly woman.
