I would not recommend since they do not stand behind their fitting process. The running shoes were rather pricey for kids but I thought Peak would give my kids the best fit. Never again.

The staff can easily help you fins the right shoes to try given the kind of exercise/running you do, how you move when you run (there's a treadmill), your specific issues with gait or foot shape or injury, running goals (squishy training shoe, racing shoes, track spikes). Helpful, reasonable prices (all great running stores are usually more expensive than the very cheapest online price - but you know the shoes will work for you and that saves a ton of $ and pain. Plus they'll tell you about their sales (I got one pair close to regular price and another marked WAY down at a sidewalk sale.). If that's not enough, they are big supporters of the local community and schools. My stepson (formerly a star runner) loves them as much as I do.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the instructors are always willing to stop and answer questions, show you around and help you get set up. The classes: There are many different styles of yoga from Vinyasa to Restorative, some offering sound baths, some offering Reiki. All of these are centered around the student, allowing each one to connect to what their body is calling for in that moment. The instructors: Oh my gosh! Every one of them exudes such amazing energy, but my advice is to try as many as you can to find the ones you vibe with. (They have a super first month deal that let's you do that without disturbing your wallet's energy!) Advice: Downtown LaGrange is a bustling 'burb and sometimes, especially early or later in the day, parking can require some patience. There are spaces on Burlington as well as a free lot just west of the studio. I'd recommend arriving about 20 minutes early just to make sure the parking karma is with you. If it's your first time to the studio, you'll want to allow ample time to park and get up to the space before class starts. The entrance is an indoor stairway just a door west of the Hallmark store. (There's a big sign on the sidewalk at the door). Take the stairs, and turn immediately to your left and you've found it. The door may be locked if the previous class is still in session or after about 10 minutes into the next one so students can remain focused. They do have mat rental for $2 if you don't have yours handy (such a sweet deal). Absolutely go check them out!
