I chose him as my attorney after being the victim of a car accident resulting from road rage of the driver how rear ended me. I thought since i was the not-at-fault driver that I wouldn't need an attorney because it was pretty straight forward. Quickly I learned quite the opposite. Within about a week of reporting the accident I was sent tons of mail from Geico asking me to fill out a ton of information (keep in mind I'm trying to recover from a severe accident with horrible whiplash and other painful injuries including ptsd). I couldn't even believe the overwhelming amount of paperwork they wanted me to read and handle so I immediately called Keith and told him I would love for him to help me. He took over everything and basically told me I didn't have to lift a finger and he would contact me immediately if I need to know anything. My situation ended up being tricky seeing that I have the worst insurance company out there and the other driver also had Geico. This resulted in Geico not wanting to spend money helping me recover. Keith walked me through the entire process of how Geico deals with these things and what they will likely do (based off of past clients and many other business colleagues who deal with Geico insurance). Long story short, (since there would be so much to explain about why) After tons of questions, Keith giving me plenty of his time through back and forth e-mails, and a few phone calls likely ranging from 20-60 minutes my husband and I decided we just didn't want to deal with nasty Geico and I just wanted to move on with my life and try to put all the accident stuff behind me if possible. We chose to accept the unfair settlement from Geico and move on with life. Keith was extremely kind and generous and gave me a surprise client discount which increased the portion I would be receiving back from the settlement. I'm not saying anyone should expect this but it just goes to show that he is a good man and a good attorney. Even my in laws were shocked when they heard this. They said they've never heard of an attorney doing something like that. Overcharged and underdelivered. 2025 was our first (and…read morelast) year filing with PNW. We provided a well-organized packet of documents, which was commented on when we dropped them off. Then 3 days later was instructed to complete a very detailed filing questionnaire and instructions that our return would not be filed on time without if. We would have been fine with that if this was explained ahead of time instead of so close to 4/15. The filing review meeting was rushed and average. No tax strategies were explored for that year nor any tangible actions for the next year. Then we were given the bill which was over $2,000. Our 2024 filing was nearly a 3rd of that amount and experiences with our long-term preparer from 2006 - 2023 (who retired) was less a 1/4 for 2023. Both were professional tax advisors, and we had no major changes to our finances. We asked why it was so high and were given no plausible answer other than that is what they charge. I don't believe the Porsche's in their parking lot belong to clients. Lastly, very odd, the door to their office looked like we were entering an amateur workshop. We had concerns their premises were secure.

It was a joke, the social security system is so broken and I suffered a severe traumatic brain injury and am in no way able to work full time. I do work and have found what I am able to do which is about 4 hours a week. Brian Wayson and his office did everything to put my case together and I finally got a hearing over the phone almost 3 years since my injury. I was approved and met the disability guidelines that they go off of complexly. The judge asked me one question, the medical expert heard the points that the lawyer office had put together, the exhibits and the medical expert found that I met the criteria 100% for disability. I was not surprised but am thankful that Cascadia was able to put this all together and to be approved finally for something I completely deserve. A broken system. But if you legit have a disability, it will be apparent to the judge. I appreciate the time and energy this office put into my case.

An agreement with an attorney in the office of Mayor Law was signed 2022-Oct giving Mayor Law proof…read moreof representation in an auto claim. Officially PIP was exhausted 25 April 2024. May 16 the attorney received digitally all payments; bills, notes, coding. At that time we should have sent the demand letter. I waited until July 4, 2024, contacted her, accepting the $3000 offer from April. I signed an agreement 29-July-2024. She received $3870 for costs and fees. I contacted her August 20 asking when I would get the settlement. She had been waiting on Progressive to update the Medicare liability section. She told me she still needed lien information on Medicaid, DHS, Medicare, and Med Advantage - and the 3 small businesses that treated me. I was 7 hours on the phone 20-23 August 2024 to contact insurances about liens on the settlement $3000: Medicare over the phone told me there was no lien (2nd payor and there was no hospitalization expected in the mail 9/9/2024 ZERO owing). I called and got the procedure and fax number to Recovery for Mayor Law. Email attached attorney requesting I provide all Providence visits, summaries, billing. Attached ZERO owing PHP. DHS Medicaid (they faxed info right away which could have taken a month) in response to long email that EOB shows owing. My 3 small business folk who only take cash unless it was PIP were asked to provide the same information already given by my insurance carrier on May 16 to the attorney. LISTEN. Mayor Law did not do the work she agreed to and I was on the phone 7 hours beginning it. 9/6/2024 Friday I received call stating the duo Advantage and Medicaid for medicare members N E V E R create liens but would reversed to provider. Received a lien for $11.08 for xray would be paid correctly if Ayin Health Solutions would submit through Providence and Medicaid. Seems Mayor Law made a deal to pay 11.08 out of settlement without first notifying me! I have to deal with an attorney that would do that! HOW come they continue to argue they are still searching for a lien to take out of the settlement. It gives me the creeps: either they have done something to hide with the money or they are phonies. Ayin Health Solutions understood the attorney did not do the research before negotiating the cost to be 11.08 for the xray. I received attached. It will be weeks (months) before I get the 11.08. Imagine if your mistake cost more? Hard work was missing and communication.

I called this guy and tried to explain the problem. He cut me off, was incredibly rude, didn't even hear the whole problem and said "I can't help you" after I told him my sister is disabled. He thought the landlord was totally reasonable renting a home with no potable water and harassing tenants. According to the law a lease is invalid in an uninhabitable dwelling. Tenants also have the right to reasonable contact from a landlord. Repeated texts & calls & constantly re-entering a dwelling while tenants are living in it is all Illegal. This guy doesn't even know that. This guy couldn't hide his disgust when I told him my sister is disabled and on Section 8. She has Down syndrome with dementia. I just sold my house to be her only caregiver. We were both on the lease. Home Forward had not given us permission to move pending an inspection they never did, but they will. No one can force us to live in uninhabitable housing. I will keep my sister safe with or without her voucher, but thats what lawyers are supposed to be for. As a lease holder, I was looking for representation for MYSELF. He turned us down before I could tell him that because I told him my sister is disabled. Talk about discrimination. Apparently basic tenants rights are out of this "lawyers" depth. Apathetic, incompetent professionals are why 80% of Portland's homeless population have disabilities and are dying in the streets, who hit one obstacle after another simply trying to survive. Discrimination isn't the exception. Its the RULE. This guy doesn't have a lick of empathy & doesn't know or care about the law. He thought it was just fine for my disabled sister to drink dirty, possibly lead-filled water & live with constant harassment & threats to keep an illegally excessive deposit for normal wear and tear. People with disabilities don't need to see the full document they signed. Landlords can simply withold the extra documents they tricked you into signing to steal your deposit later. If you're about to get evicted, this guy apparently has a letter he can charge you for. If he only does evictions, he would much better off simply stating that upfront than gaslighting potential clients into believing their being unreasonable & discriminating against tenants with disabilities. This "lawyer" doesn't seem to know basic tenants rights and just broke the law discriminating against my sister. Hes probably not worried because knows civil rights don't get enforced, because of lawyers like him. Im very glad it didn't work out. I am certain I could do a better job representing myself in small claims than hiring this guy. I find it very hard to believe this is a real lawyer.
