Okay I haven't been here but I tried. I've called twice with different insurances and both times the receptionist was extremely helpful! Like I wasn't even a patient there but she gave me great information. Other places would probably just give me short answers. I was planning to take my baby there but by the time he turned one, I changed insurances and they didn't take my insurance. Love coming here for my son's treatment! He needed dental work done and needed to be put under anesthesia. I was very nervous for my child but staff was very helpful and reassuring that everything was gonna be ok. They handled him gently even though he's a bit of a squirmer and everything went smoothly. I spent hours looking for the best office on yelp and I'm soo glad I found it. Now I am telling all my mom friends to try this amazing office. The environment is very welcoming and bright. Your older children can play while waiting, the nurses and assistants are really kind and friendly. And the doctor made me feel like an amazing mom. As a mother you sometimes don't get as much recognition and Dr. Ramirez told me, "Keep doing what you're doing, you're doing an amazing job mom." I wanted to tear up because it meant a lot to me. I brush my daughter's teeth everyday, I clean her gums and mouth. And Dr. Ramirez acknowledged my hard work and consistency as she told me that she can notice it on my baby's clean mouth and teeth. I live in Pomona, and went all the way to San Dimas to visit this office, and it was so worth it, I recommend it to everyone, it's worth the extra drive. Everytime my kids have their appointments here they are so excited. I've never heard of any child asking when they are going to see their dentist again because they enjoy the experience. My kids have been coming here for about 2 years now and every experience is amazing. Ms. Ramirez is completely transparent and also explains treatment to my children in a way that they will understand. She also talks them through the process so they are at ease and understand each noise going on, I'm really thankful we found her. The children also get to choose a prize from the treasure chest at the end of the visit, and it's definitely the cherry ontop of every visit for my girls. I've only ever had one issue with scheduling and Ms. Corina was quick to provide a solution and I couldn't anymore happy with their services. read more

After her cleaning and X-Rays my 6 year old declared she wants to be a "dentist for kids" like Dr. Ramirez when she grows up. Is there any higher compliment from a child?! She's never had a cavity but her big sister did and Dr. Ramirez does great work. Never any pressure for unnecessary pullings or other nonsense. I also appreciated the accurate and thorough dietary recommendations for my child with cavities and feedback on how to improve brushing with every visit--she did indeed join her little sister in the No Cavities Club at her next cleaning. They have also had excellent Covid precautions during the pandemic (including air filters and very separate exam areas; dental procedures are aerosol-generating so all this was totally appropriate and I'm bummed my regular adult dentist didn't do the same).
