5/5 Stars - Absolutely Incredible Pediatric Dentist! We took our little baby to Little Grin for their first dental visit and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely caring -- they knew exactly how to talk to and interact with young children. From the moment we walked in, they made my baby feel completely comfortable. I especially love all the thoughtful little touches they have for the kids. Everything is designed with children in mind, and it really shows. Little Grin turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and positive one for our family. Little Grin is a true gem. If you have young kids (or babies!), this is the place to go. We were looking for a dental place for my 19 month old son and it would be his first time so we want to find a place that has great reviews, trustworthy, and if you have any worries you know they will take great care of him. We end up finding this place and was able to schedule an appointment easily. They sent me a text confirmation as well as to fill out the forms via online. As soon as we got here, they greeted us and even told us they made a welcome sign for Joshua if we like to take photos with it. I love that it was personalized and very cute! Also, they gave him a tote bag with a super cute bear plush too. It was very welcoming. They had cute arcade for kids to play for free and the office was decorated kid friendly. When we went inside to be helped, the wait wasn't long at all. They do offer fluoride-free toothpaste as an option, which we end up choosing. They helped cleaned his teeth and floss. Also, helped explain on how to clean his teeth. Thankfully, Dr. H told us that he had no cavities. They did ask if we have any questions to let them know, but we couldn't think of any other questions. The entire staff was patient and gentle with his care. I was never felt rushed to get out of there in order for them to help the next child. Before we left, they gave our baby a balloon and get to pick a prize. That was very sweet and they helped us choose the car since he does like cars. Our baby was too shy to pick. They even allowed us time to take pictures there. They were all very friendly and helpful. It's in a plaza so tons of parking spaces available. We look forward to his next visit in 6 months. read more

Clean and entertaining office. Leaving 1 star review because I think every parent should know that the hygienist (Jayleen, I believe was her name) took my 5 year old into the x-ray room without my knowledge or consent. I was very upset to walk by him midway through x-rays without any explanation. Apparently it's done routinely which is fine but you NEVER do anything to our kids without consulting with the parents first! Common sense! Very inappropriate for an office that specializes in pediatric dentistry. read more

I am so happy to find this dentistry for my kids! All the staff and nurses are so so nice and friendly; they know how to talk to the kiddos. After coming here for check up, Dr. Hsu was able to tell me so much more than our previous pediatric dentist. My daughter just had her dental procedure where she has an extra tooth on the top. Today was my sons 3rd time here, the first two times were for a cleaning and he loved it. Today we took him to fill his first cavity and I think mama was way more nervous than him. We were given options and chose to sedate him. He took some liquid and within the hour he was drowsy. Dr. And her team were exceptional! They all always make us feel welcome and reassured. I had a ton of questions and was apprehensive, Natalie and Daisy talked me down. The assistants and Dr.'s made my son feel at ease by talking sweetly to him, putting on his favorite show and explaining to him what was going on so he wouldn't be surprised. They help me feel at ease by being so knowledgeable and explaining everything in detail. I wish they took adults! lol Before we knew it he was done. Little grins really knows how to cater to kids. It's amazing how many perks this place has. There is a pacman game in the waiting room. There are multiple flavors of paste they use when they clean your kids teeth. There are tvs mounted to the ceiling... and there are prizes given at the end of each visit. Those are the many reasons why my kids love coming here. Amazing prizes aside, the staff and the dentist here are amazing as well. The receptionist team is very friendly and accommodating. The hygenists are very good with kids and Dr. Hu is also very communicative and let's you know exactly what the treatment plan is. I am also glad they take our dental insurance (Delta PPO) so a lot of costs are covered/pretty reasonable. This office is also extremely clean, very high tech, and I am so glad that we found this pediatric dental practice. read more

The office is bright and clean. We were greeted immediately by the staff. The service was great and the staff were Are nice. What stood out the most to me was the performance of the girl (Analiz?) that worked on my daughter's exam and cleaning. She took her time and exerted to my daughter as friend. Her teeth looked great after. My daughter does need some follow up work, but I feel my quote was a bit high. I'll let you know if I come back. Kids on their first visit get a tote bag with a teddy bear inside. After their exam and work they also get to pick a price from the price wall. If you check in on Yelp you'll get a free toothbrush. I was in search a pediatric dentistry when I stumbled upon Little Grins, I seen the reviews and decided to give them a call. The receptionist was beyond amazing and kind. They were able to get me an appointment almost immediately. During our first visit, we were greeted with smiles, a gifted teddy bear for each of my kids and a cute welcome sign that had all my children's names on them. The staff at Little Grins are all so amazing. They made my children feel very comfortable and at ease during our time there. During our visit, I found out that my son had multiple cavities. Dr. Hu was very informative and helpful when it came to my son care. I was given options on how to proceed with my son treatment. The best part of it all, she didn't make me feel pressured or rushed to make a decision, she answered any questions I had, and even got my son in right away for treatment. 2 days later, my son under went under local anesthesia with Dr. Wong, the best decision I ever made. They were able to treat my son's cavities and extract 2 teeth. The after care was very easy and my son was back to himself within less then an hour. I cannot thank Dr. Hu and her team enough. Especially because our PAST dentist's were NEVER able to get my son the proper care he needed. We were always told that my son had cavities but they were never able to do anything. Our appointments would often get pushed back because our PAST dentists never had a pediatric dentist and or specialist and we would often have to wait, but at Little Grins I was able to take care of any and all concerns I had with all my children. My children weren't the biggest fans of seeing a dentist but with Little Grins, they were able to change all of that. My kids are now excited and look forward to their upcoming appointments and aren't scared anymore, which is a relief as a parent. Thank you Little Grins and staff for making life a whole lot easier. My daughter's first dental visit at ~8 months was not the best experience and we haven't been back to the dentist since. But now that's she's 3 and this place came highly recommended, I decided to give Dr. Hu's office in Glendora a try. The difference was remarkable! Aside from the delightful set up and welcome at the office, my daughter was gifted a teddy bear and lots of kind words. Anaiz, her dental hygienist, was also wonderful. She got headphones and watched Bluey the entire time she received her cleaning (a super treat for her since her screen time is extremely limited at home). I was so proud of how brave my little lady was, but the staff made her 1st visit there a fun and comfortable one too. Before we knew it, she was all done. She then received a birthday balloon (her birthday was last week), stickers, a bamboo toothbrush set, and got to choose a prize from their prize collection. This place is very child-centric and they don't forget who their target parents are: toddlers and minors who can be easily upset! I was so nervous to bring my 2 yr old to the dentist...but after our first visit with Dr Hu and staff, it's safe to say that me, my husband and my toddler all walked out extremely happy. Everyone was so patient with him and we didn't feel rushed at all. As a first time patient here, my son received an adorable little tote bag and teddy and he was able to bring home a little toy after his dental check up.
