Firstly, let's talk how nice everyone is here! It was my second visit today, and everyone is so professional and nice. I met Elsa first, and she gave me a lovely tour of the facility, before taking my x-rays. Jenny, the dental hygienist, was great and meticulous with her work. She would often ask if I needed a break or anything, and she cleaned my teeth so well. I had both my visits with Dr. Craig Jeong, and he was very thoughtful and informative! He explained what he would do and what he was looking at. He helped fix a chipped tooth, and it looks great! I liked that he would check to make sure my jaw and everything was okay during the process. I love that all the staff would often offer water or breaks or anything to help me feel more comfortable during my visit. You also get a cool goodie bag as first time patients too! My smile is everything to me. I had braces for 2 1/2 years worked super hard to get the perfect smile. This summer of 2025 i had an accident and knocked out two of my teeth right in the front. I was in the hospital several times due to this health scare. It was a big blow to self-confidence as well as scary because I didn't think it could be fixed. While this was happening, I was home alone with my brother, my family was off on vacation in another state so I was scared and lonely. My dentist who retired after taking care of me and my wife's dental needs for over 35 years. He sold his practice to a new dentist that could not do the extraction and referred me to a specialist for the extraction. I arrived at Via Verde Dental for my first patient dental exam at 11:30am where they take x-ray photos of your teeth and then schedule a cleaning appointment for a future visit. I thought the exam would take a couple of hours, but it lasted for about an hour or so. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and professional, working efficiently to make sure the appointment runs smoothly and timely. The dentist assigned to my appointment was Dr. Kimberly Foon and she reviewed the x-ray photos of my teeth. She was very personable and made sure I was able to book a cleaning appointment right away. For new patients, they give you a gift bag consisting of a neon green reusable thermal bag containing a retractable pen, coffee mug, and a personalized note welcoming you to their dentist office. A very thoughtful gesture, showing they are appreciative and caring of their patients. Officially a patient of Via Verde Dental now, I think I'll actually no longer dread going to the dentist anymore thanks to their kind, attentive team and speedy, yet committed approach to executing each appointment successfully! read more

What an excellent dental service!!! I just moved into the area and was due for a cleaning and saw this location down the road and decided to make an appointment. They are so clean, organized, thorough, kind, amazing at the way they educate & totally love and are passionate at what they do! They welcomed me by giving me a tour to their office & gifting me with a welcome insulated bag with a pen and tumblr! The entire staff was really eager to get to know me & so great at educating me with every step they were doing and instrument they were using. They hygienist was gentle throughout the entire cleaning - didn't feel pain at all- yet my teeth came out looking so clean and feeling so fresh! What I loved most of this dental office was how conservative and ethical the they were. They don't push to drill holes into your teeth if absolutely not needed & will recommend putting the tooth or teeth on a watch list if there is no sign of decay. I've been to a dental office where it seemed like they were always replacing fillings and putting on inlays - when I never had so much dental issues in the past. This office is truthful and completely ethical and transparent. After my appointment, I had a quick meeting with the office manager, Suzy, to go over my entire appointment, what they found, what to expect for the next visit, and went detail by detail with my charges to my insurance. She even looked at my history charges to ensure that the 2 teeth that were on the watchlist had not had any recent work done to cause any surprise charges in the future (if needed). I am so thankful I found this place! They are a Premiere Plan dental office - I have PPO - ended up with a co pay of like $50 for x rays, cleaning & fluoride. I have beeen there twice now, once for myself; the second with my two children. The officer staff is very friendly and professional. Clean office, thorough exams, and state of the art technology. We have a PPO dental isurance which covered our visit/xrays. The only negative thing I can say is that they book their initial visit separate from their cleanings; however, when I mentioned it was difficult to come back; they did everything same day!
