I can't believe I have NEVER used this place before. First, its minutes away from our house AND its in the same complex as our fave Chinese takeout. Needed my dress cleaned for our Vday Celebration in the city. The minute I entered the door, a young man greeted me and was incredibly friendly. Asked me if I had ever been there before and I said no, and he then goes "Well good, I can give you some coupons and you will instantly get a discount on your cleaning." LOVE IT. Asks me when I need it, I said by Friday and he goes, "Oh we will have it done by Monday" (It is Saturday by the way). Rings me up and it is incredibly reasonable, I was out only $9 for my cleaning, that was including my new member discount. Corinium is a pretty unexpected gem here in the suburbs. Paresh is the owner, and he always has a smile on his face. Him and his small staff have great memories, as most of the time I don't even need to provide my name when dropping off my cleaning. I had been a customer of Mr. Patel for many years and after he retired, the business was sold to someone else. I gave the folks a chance after the change in management and the experience was less than stellar, but manageable. However, the last straw for me was getting my clean clothes back and the smell on them was horrible. I didnt realize the smell was there until I started to pack for a business trip. This dry cleaners used to be my to go place for a few years. Unfortunately, after new management took over their quality of care and customer service has plummeted. I was disappointed after I found out it's been sold to new owners, however I decided to give them a chance. When I came back to pick up my items two days later: 1. My items were not ready for pick up. 2. Clothing were not properly pressed. It looked like they never even attempted to iron it. I had to iron everything myself. 3. They STAPLED the ticket numbers to my clothing. STAPLED! The proper way of doing it is by stapling it to the tag, with a needle, or safety pin to minimize damage to clothing. 4. Bad customer service: the women (management) was on the phone the entire time I was there to pick up my items. It was not a business call, she was just talking to a friend. She did not apologize for not having my items ready, when they should have been ready the day before. Needless to say, I will never be returning! read more

I went there bc the dry cleaner near my place is out of business. Friendly staff. They are not shy giving you discount. You can find coupons on their website too. Price is comparable to other cleaners. With some coupons, it becomes cheaper of course. Quality of work is good, comparable to others. I don't have any complaint and I would come back. read more

I like this place a lot . Everyone who works there is so nice and they do an excellent job with dry cleaning. They are very friendly and it did happen when I had an emergency needed clothe for funeral next day ready they had everything ready for me right when I needed it. That place is horrible, it was in charge of our hotel's guest dry cleaning for two years and we have received so many complaints about them for that period of time. They either loose your clothes,burn them, damage them, etc. etc. The customer service is horrible,too. The owner Mr Patel wouldn't listen to you and wouldn't do anyhting to make it better or fix it even if it is their mistake. They apologize all the time or he writes you a letter if he is too busy to meet with you!Like this is enough !!! I am an employee of a local hotel- I have used the service for approximately 8 months-every week consistently. I have had a zipper broken and the latest is a shirt that was ripped from the elbow to the cuff and returned to me literally shredded. When I reached out to the Manager- Mr. Patel to follow up after reviewing my garment-The first thing he shared that there was no way that his cleaning service could have ripped my garment and that he was sending my shirt to Washington DC to be analyzed. BUT that he would pay fo the shirt- I told Mr,. Patel that this was unacceptable-Blaming your customer and suggesting that they are lying probably is not the best tact.. Pretty simple-one of his employees used too much heat on my shirt- The dry cleaner is paying for my shirt- I will be finding a new dry cleaner for myself AND my hotel. this is Mr Patels' response and mine below- it's nice how he insists that I am a liar- but I have proof- the next thing I will do is post my bank statement showing that the garment was purchased do. 2/13/14- Ms. Smith Thank you for posting the review, on Yelp. Due to your shouting over the phone line this morning, did not give me a chance to give you why there were straight line tear in the garment. I wanted to send the garment for analysis since you stated that garment is fairly new. Cleaning and finishing process is not and will not create the tear that you see on the subect garment. I can tear this garment by hand and that is due to the age and nothing to do with heat. I personally discussed the matter with Land End and they advised me that blouse of this kind are NOT being sold in the store for the past two years. If you still have doubts I can send the garment for analysis. Yes, claims amount that you told me is being send to you on 04/16/2014. I stand 150% behind my quality and workmanship.
