I came in to give the dress back and she had my original dress waiting on me. However, I was nervous how this dress would fit because she altered it to someone else, as we got the dresses mixed up for my 2nd fitting. But she took the dress in and hemmed it so it ended up fitting pretty well. She was very apologetic and gave me a discount for $30 if I need anything else Tailored. I'm just happy this was resolved and I understand mistakes do happen. I still believe that she needs a better system in place to keep herself organized! But when it's all said and done I still would recommend her!

Needed my dress cleaned for our Vday Celebration in the city. The minute I entered the door, a young man greeted me and was incredibly friendly. Asked me if I had ever been there before and I said no, and he then goes "Well good, I can give you some coupons and you will instantly get a discount on your cleaning." LOVE IT. Asks me when I need it, I said by Friday and he goes, "Oh we will have it done by Monday" (It is Saturday by the way). Rings me up and it is incredibly reasonable, I was out only $9 for my cleaning, that was including my new member discount. Show up Monday, the guy remembers me, hands me my dress and even more coupons. My dress is perfection and I have just found a new cleaners :)

They storefront is as basic as they come, as is the drop off/pick up process. Yes, they take credit cards but beyond that expect paper slips for receipt of drop off, etc. Prices are fair for laundering, dry cleaning and alterations. Basic alterations can often seem a bit high, but quality of work is on point. The folks who own this biz are exceptionally friendly and are happy to rush something for you if and when it's needed. 5 stars for solid, consistent work and fair prices!
