To date, this location is better than the one on Ashland in Chicago. Items I have brought in have been pressed and cleaned to my satisfaction. I took in my curtains from the balcony to have them washed and folded and they looked good. Prices are very good, $24.99 for a comfortable and that is cheap in my book. The area outside rug was under a $100 and way cheaper than some of the other places I go to. Because of the volume of items they do, from the looks of clothes and rugs in the place, this would not be someplace I would take something beaded or delicate in handling. But when you need that big and bulky stuff done, this is the location to go to for the price.

I tried to drop off 3 pairs of jeans to be dry cleaned and was there very early (around 7 am). As soon as I walked in and saw the scowl on the cashier's face I knew it was going to be trouble. Went through the entire routine of giving her my phone number and verifying name. Then she says (with an evil smirk) you know this will be ready on Monday right?? Uh.... NO. Your website doesn't say ANYTHING about no same day on Saturday. I understand Sunday but really? Think that might be something you'd let people know ahead of time so they don't waste their time? Very bad impression y'all. You need to do better.

My mom couldn't understand why I would drive an hour to get my wedding dress altered but when she saw the quality of the work she was impressed. I wasn't going to get the dress hemmed but thankfully they suggested it. I would have tripped walking down the aisle! I came in two and a half weeks before my wedding that the dress was ready 10 days later without an extra charge.

The guy kept repeating how he couldn't trust what I was saying like it was a he said/she said between me and the actual company doing the cleaning. 1) Your business is the front facing establishment I am doing business with - this is your responsibility. 2) he sent it back for free, which I was fine with - why the attitude? He made me mad, but it was unnecessary given we had a next step. When I went back to get it, it was almost all out, and he said he would send it back again, but again, it was the attitude. "This is the last time I will send it back for free" like it was my fault it happened - and at that point I'd already made up my mind I wasn't coming back regardless because of how he treats his customers. My husband went to pick up the shirt (it was his) and it was actually all out, but they started telling him how the stain wasn't pointed out the first time and he said that's because it wasn't there when it was brought here. They argued with him saying it was red sauce (no, it wasn't) and then another guy from the back came out swearing at him telling him he was a scam artist. We had arrived at a pretty easy solution, but they upped the tension each time to really piss us off with their attitude. Just be more customer focused!!

Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. Easy Breezy is about a mile and a half away and since I didn't think about needing to wash until after 7, proximity was helpful. As has been noted, it's very clean. They also provide wifi for customers which is nice, since sitting in a laundromat is one of the lost boring tasks known to mankind. I was the last person out of the place at around 9:30 and the employee was vigorously washing all of the machines as I was finishing up. Prices range from about $4 to $11 per load as of August 2022, depending upon which washer you use: $3.75/20lb, 5.75/40lb, 7.75/60 lb, and 10.75/80lb. Drying is a quarter for 12 minutes. Last wash is at 8:30 and if you don't get your stuff out, it's subject to donation. They do drop-off service as well, starting at about $1.20 per pound. Delivery can be arranged as well.

My favorite part is that all the machines are high quality and take credit card. It's so nice to not have to hoard cash for trips here, just swipe and go! There are also plenty of machines, so I've never had a problem with availability. Both the left and right walls are completely filled with dryers, so there are always plenty of empties to choose from. While there isn't a ton of stuff to do in the immediate area, I have been able to pop over to a neighboring Vietnamese restaurant for dinner while waiting. There's also a gas station across the street. Overall, I like coming here and feel like my clothes get well-cleaned every time!

Today he picked up the pants and they did not listen to his request and went ahead and did whatever they wanted and made both pairs of pants into 31s. My boyfriend paid $100 for them to do whatever they wanted with his pants. Do not bring your alterations here unless you don't mind not getting what you ask for.

Needed a couple suits cleaned and a button sewed back in place. I love it here. Not only do they do a great job and never damage any of my clothes, but they have incredible integrity. I left $10 and chapstick in My suit jacket. I would have never known it was there but when I came for pickup they returned the money and chapstick. The principle of that is astounding to me and amazing to see. They have won my business forever. A small locally owned place where the ladies are always smiling and ready to help. 10/5 stars if it was possible. Definitely give them a try.
