The lady looked a little surprised about how many I wanted. I explained I was taking them to Friends in Graham and Jacksboro. All of the four girls working that day were very gracious and nice and one Lady even helped carry my order to the truck. I must say I kept 8 for myself. Before I ordered, I asked whether the fries were frozen or not, and she assured me that everything they make is from scratch and that the fries are hand-punched on-site from actual raw potatoes--and wow--the french fries here are really good-- a bit on the soggy or soft side, but I prefer this than for them to be overcooked and get too much moisture cooked out of them which can result in a tough and leathery texture. In any event, I really enjoyed the fries. We arrived a little bit after their 11 AM opening and halfway through our meal there, a line started to form at the walk up window as well as the drive-through, a testing to their food's quality.
